Our stay at the Perfect Beach Cottage was awesome. The home was just as it was advertised. It was very comfortable, well supplied and had great amenities. The proximity to the beach out front and the beautiful marsh out back was so peaceful! We also appreciated their welcoming of four legged family members. We would love to come stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Perfect Cottage! It was the ideal place to relax and unwind. We had a hard time choosing our favorite spot — the front deck with its peek of the ocean, the screened-in porch overlooking the marsh, or the Adirondack chairs by the boat dock in the backyard. Every spot was peaceful and beautiful in its own way.

Great Property

Our stay was great. The location is great and the walk to the beach is short. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. This place is great for a small family or a couple that wants to get away.

Beautiful setting

We enjoyed quick assess to the beach, backyard on the marsh and breezy porch. The cottage is comfortable and fully equipped for cooking. It’s a great place to enjoy Folly Beach.

Fantastic Folly Beach Home!

This is a great property to stay at. Wonderful views over the tidal marsh each evening as the sun set, just steps away from the beach. Everything you could ask for! Highly recommended.

Beach house

It was a great location in proximity to beach. Perfect place for dogs. Beach chairs need to be replaced and it would have been nice if beach towels were provided. Very skimpy in shower essentials we had to buy our own for 3 people for only 4 days. All other places we have stayed it’s been oprovidided.

Regarding the beach towels and shower essentials, we aim to be transparent about what we provide. Our check-in instructions, which are sent to all guests 7 days prior to arrival, do state that beach towels are not supplied. The instructions also clarify that we provide a starter set of shower essentials and other basic amenities to help you get settled in for the beginning of your visit. We hope that overall you had an enjoyable time in Folly Beach. We value your input as it helps us manage guest expectations and make improvements.

We had an amazing vaca and loved this home! It is a short walk to the ocean and the backyard was perfect for our pups! Very clean and well maintained. Folly Beach is a very quaint town and Charleston was only a short drive away.

Wonderful property

This house is wonderful but it is the outdoor space that is spectacular : fenced yard, roof deck, screened porch, dock and front porch. Everything you need for Fun and comfort while traveling with your family pet.

A Perfect House

The house was perfect for a COVID break. It was so close to the beach, enabling us to walk every day. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy Folly Beach.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This was our homebase on the island while we had our beach wedding. It is classic Folly, and charmingly eclectic. Watching the sunset or having coffee on the widows walk were some of our best times. Loved the two porches! Our dog was so happy with the backyard and the little dock. Great place!
