This brand new Folly Beach vacation rental home is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach down a quiet path to the beach access point. Located on a low traffic street in a tree-filled residential neighborhood, this house provides its guests close proximity to the beach and Folly Beach's restaurant row on Center Street without all the congestion and noise that you'll find on the busier streets of the island. Heron Hideaway features several terrific outdoor areas, including a standalone screened porch in the backyard, a second floor back deck looking out on the backyard and a patio area on the lower level between the backyard and the house. Two of the home's bedrooms are located on the top floor, two of the home's bedrooms are located on the main floor and there is a game room with a dartboard and mounted smart TV in the lowest level of the home. Certain small dogs may be welcome to join you for your stay -- please make your dog requests in advance of your stay.

Guests enter Heron Hideaway by walking up the exterior stairs in the front yard to the front door of this home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer from which you can access the kitchen, living room and hallway to the two bedrooms and one bathroom on the home's lower level. Take the interior staircase to the second floor to access the two second floor bedrooms and one shared hallway bathroom. You can access the back deck from the living room. Take the interior staircase to the home's lowest level to find a game room.



DOGS CONSIDERED, DOG FEES MAY APPLY, PLEASE INQUIRE. Cats are NOT permitted. Please also note that the fence in the backyard is a picket fence.
