SÀg hej till Mar Vista Grande Unit 710! Vi slutförde en fullstÀndig renovering i januari 2018 och lade till nÄgra fler inslag i november 2018 inklusive trÀgolv i hela, kökskydd, ny tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare, takflÀktar. Det skulle vara vÄrt nöje att ha dig och din familj som vÄra gÀster. Kontakta mig gÀrna om du har frÄgor.

Mar Vista Grande Àr North Myrtle Beachs frÀmsta höghus. Rena, vÀlskötta, sÀkra och syltfyllda med bekvÀmligheter. Stor utomhuspool med gott om loungeutrymme; en lat flod, badtunna och en privat Tiki Bar. NÀr du vill vara ute i solen finns det ett rymligt inomhus / tÀckt poolomrÄde med en barnpool, jacuzzi och lekplats. För dig som vill trÀffa gymmet finns ett modernt trÀningsrum med löpband, elliptiska medel, cyklar, maskiner och fria vikter. Avsluta med ett fullstÀndigt spa med skönhetsbehandlingar och massage efter överenskommelse. Sista plats, plats, plats - Mar Vista Grande ligger 6 miles frÄn Barefoot Landing och nÀra till mÄnga fina restauranger och attraktioner.

Enhet 710 har 3 sovrum och 3 fulla bad, sover bekvÀmt 10 pÄ fyra drottningssÀngar och en kung i master sviten. VÄr enhet har helt uppgraderats med ny fÀrg, lövtrÀ, belysning och alla nya apparater i rostfritt stÄl. Varje möbel frÄn sÀngar och madrasser till soffor och stolar, helt ner till matbordet pÄ den expansiva balkongen Àr helt ny.

För din inomhusstopp kan du kolla in de nya 55-tums smarta TV-apparater i sovrummet och vardagsrummet. Det finns ocksÄ en 43-tums smart-TV i juniorsviten och frÀmre sovrummet. The accommodations were immaculate and well thought out. One of the first times I’ve rented a vacation home that actually had enough toilet paper to last the entire stay. This place was absolutely amazing! The hosts were amazing as well. It looked just like the pictures and has that wow factor when you first walk in. In a gorgeous part of North Myrtle Beach and there is an ice cream shop just 3 min drive or a 10 min walk away with souvenir shops as well! We are already planning our next trip to stay here again. Thank you so much for giving our family wonderful memories that can not be bought!

PERFECTION

We loved our stay here so much. This condo was perfect in every way. I texted owner about number of parking passes and they immediately got back with me and answered my question. They were very efficient. Gave instructions in binder inside condo about asking housekeeping for anything and a number to call. I called them and they brought me a dust pan right up. We give this place 5 stars. AWESOME PLACE TO STAY.

Amazing Stay!!

My husband and I came down for July 4th and had an amazing time. The condo was perfect. It felt like coming home!!! It was clean, spacious and the balcony was our favorite place!!! We will definitely be returning!!!!

Family Vacay

The condo was really clean and probably the most well stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. There were plenty of towels, paper towel, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, and coffee! It was great. We did not have to go to the grocery store on our first day there.

Beautiful 3 Bdrm. Condo with a Spectacular View!

We just returned from a stay at this beautiful 3 bdrm. beachfront condo. It was my husband and I and our 2 grown daughters with their families. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this unit. It was clean, spacious, updated, and had every amenity you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked and their was an ample supply of paper products, soap, trash bags, etc. The balcony was huge with the most spectacular view. The Mar Vista grounds were awesome as well. Numerous indoor and outdoor pools including a lazy river, whirlpool, a kiddie pool and they were all very clean. The Tiki Bar on the pool deck had great food and drinks. The beach was also beautiful and access was right off the pool deck. There was ample free parking as well. Security was very good with gated entrance and exits. I would highly recommend this unit and the hosts. They were very helpful and quick to respond.

Well maintained & safe neighborhood

Booked for my young adult granddaughter’s daughter and my 90 y/0 mom. Check in and overall communication was superb with Judy and owners. They’ve thought of everything including beach towels, chairs and toys for younger kids. Well stocked kitchen and baths. The view was amazing. Modern furnishings with a luxurious primary BR &bath. Easy access to beach for seniors. Quiet beach and grounds are beautifully maintained and very close to great local dining. Will absolutely stay here in the future.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Mar Vista Grande is simply the best building in North Myrtle beach. Clean, safe and consistently updated. The condo's are roomy and the views are spectacular. Largest balconies that I have seen anywhere. The owners take pride in this building and it shows. Lastly, the location and amenities cant be beat.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Mar Vista Grande has its own in-house Spa by appointment only. It also has a newly updated exercise/fitness room. There are two indoor pools and one hot tub along with an outdoor pool, a lazy river, and a hot tub next to the Tiki bar. Building entry is secured with key code access and cameras.
