Great Condo

Great location. 6 blocks from Main Street North Myrtle Beach. Very clean, comfortable, & space to spread out. We spent every day at the great beach with a lifeguard. Pools and tiki hut were convenient. Condo is on the same floor as the workout room. Would recommend highly to any group looking for a place to stay.

BEST STAY YETOur family of 7 has been coming to The Mar Vista Grande Resort for over five years, and this was by far our best experience yet. The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. Michael, the owner, made everything so simple—from booking to check-out—and went above and beyond by providing local tips for restaurants and attractions that made our trip even more special. Fantastic Condo

We had the best time in Myrtle Beach and this condo was great! Six adults and four kids stayed here. There was plenty of room and having three bathrooms was so nice! The gym, lazy river, indoor/outdoor pools and easy access to the beach were amazing. The location was great too! I would highly recommend staying here. Michael was very communicative and helpful too!

WOW! The BEST condo we have ever rented for our yearly family Myrtle Beach vacation at Mar Vista Grande! From the minute we entered it felt like home! Very beautifully furnished and decorated! It was so clean that there wasn't a speck of sand anywhere! We loved and appreciated everything! Even when we left something valuable behind our host was so gracious and helpful to secure it for us. A wonderful getaway!

My friends and I stayed in this condo for the weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The four bedrooms provided more than enough space to accommodate our group of seven. Having three bathrooms was also great! The decor in this condo is so beautiful. The location is wonderful also! It’s right on the beach, and just minutes away from great restaurants and attractions. The host was awesome at sending information about the condo and was great to communicate with before and during our trip. My friends and I highly recommend this condo for a relaxing, fun getaway or vacation!

We will definitely be back. Michael kept in touch with us Check in and check out couldn’t be easier. Condo was awesome. We spent more time than we wanted because Tropical storm Debbie decided to rain on us must of the week. Condo was very clean. Very spacious. My family and I have stayed at multiple locations over the last 27 years. This is by far our favorite.

Definitely recommend!

We just left today after a 4 night stay at this wonderful condo. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was nice to have with 6 adults and 3 kids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Michael was top tier! Answered all my questions and responded quickly. The view was amazing from the patio. The short walk to the ocean/beach was the perfect distance. Rental of beach chairs and umbrella was right off the small bridge. We also enjoyed the private pools and hot tubs. Would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to vacation there again. Everyone was so nice at Mar Vista!

Wonderful place to stay

Our family loved staying at the condo and resort. The facilities are well maintained and very clean.The amenities and choices of the pools, hot tubs and lazy river were immensely enjoyed by our family. The owner communicated all necessary instructions and kept in touch with you regarding your stay and satisfaction of the unit. He gave us restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated. The unit is clean, which is very important to us, and well stocked. They have updated many features which show they care about their renters. We loved the new patio furniture and enjoyed the views of the ocean and the city. I would definitely come back and recommend the rental. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great Ocean Views and a Perfect Stay: A Week we'll never forget.

We just wrapped up an incredible 7-day stay at the very well decorated 4-bedroom condo at 501 Mar Vista Grande, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the condo felt like a home away from home. The beautiful, spacious condo was perfect for our multi-generational family trip, providing ample room for our daughters, husbands, and grandchildren to relax and enjoy 7 days together. The stunning ocean views from the condo added a special touch to our stay, and the cleanliness of the unit was impeccable. We appreciated the well-maintained amenities of the facility, which included everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The short walk to the OD Pavilion was a huge plus, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions. Overall, our week at 501 Mar Vista Grande was fantastic. Michael (The Owner) was easy to communicate with and contact if needed from booking through our stay. The combination of a beautiful condo, great location, and excellent amenities made it a memorable family vacation, we'll never forget. We can't wait to return!

Living in Greenwood, South Carolina, this newlywed couple shares a deep connection to Myrtle Beach, where both spent childhood vacations with their families. After years of separate experiences, they decided it was time to create a special place together by the ocean. Their search for the perfect coastal retreat took them from St. Simons Island, Georgia, up to the coast of North Carolina. They ultimately discovered their dream spot in North Myrtle Beach, a peaceful alternative to the busier Myrtle Beach, famous for its Shag dancing culture. In January 2022, they purchased unit 501 at Mar Vista, making their dream of a home that was truly theirs come true. Michael, a part-time real estate broker, and Nancy, a retired school principal with a talent for decorating, poured their hearts into transforming the space. With Nancy’s stylish touch, the unit now features fresh, modern furnishings, new beds and mattresses, and top-notch tech like a 65” picture frame smart TV in the great room and smart TVs in every bedroom. One of their favorite features is the large deck, offering breathtaking ocean and city views—perfect for gatherings or simply enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. Outfitted with cozy seating, it’s an inviting space to relax and connect. From the modern fitness center on their floor to the thoughtful details throughout, their dedication to making 501 Mar Vista Grande a welcoming haven shines through.
