Fairy Tales Do Come True
Welcome to Once Upon A Tide, rare waterfront beauty! Total renovation completed November, 2016.
Grab your coffee and head out to the dock and welcome the sunrise over your private beach on bay! In the evening, walk to the beach crosswalk and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico from Redington Beach, a small community beach, which sits between the award winning beaches of St. Petersburg and Clearwater.
Your private beach is located in your backyard so feel free to pull out the Adirondack chairs and watch the tide roll in and out without leaving the property. Two rocking chairs are located on the dock for total relaxation. The backyard is completely fenced for your safety and privacy. If you are feeling adventurous, pull out the two-man kayak and launch it from the beach to explore the inlets and sea life on the bay. If you love to people watch, walk the beach, or swim, grab the cooler, beach chairs, and towels and walk a three blocks to the Gulf of Mexico where you may get the chance to view dolphins playing in the surf.
Your vacation home is about 1,700 square feet of a totally renovated space. The living area is an open floor plan and the décor is new and contemporary. The house is equipped with new stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartzite countertops, extra capacity washer and dryer, and an extra refrigerator in the garage. The back of the home is almost entirely all glass so that you may enjoy the beautiful waterfront views and natural light from the kitchen, living room, sunroom, and master bedroom.
Outside you can enjoy a meal or relax on the oversized patio surrounded by palm trees complete with upholstered sofa and chairs, a propane grill, and a dining table. After the sun is down, fire up the party lights and relax until bedtime. Opening the curtains at bedtime will give you the opportunity to view the first mornings light as the sun rises across the water creating exquisite panoramas you will never forget.
This home is conveniently located walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico, restaurants, and bus transportation. Redington Beach boasts four local parks within a ten block length of Gulf Boulevard. These parks house a fenced playground, basketball court, outdoor exercise equipment, and green spaces to relax. Some small boutique stores are also within walking distance. At John’s Pass you will find many stores, restaurants, and water sports available for your enjoyment. It is located only a few minutes’ drive from your vacation home.
We hope you fall in love with Redington Beach just as we have. Bring your friends and family and enjoy all that the St. Petersburg and Clearwater areas have to offer. You will leave having experienced relaxation, excitement, great food, and the most wonderful white sandy beaches in the country.
