The cabin is a three bedroom, two bath, with laundry room and game room.The third room is the bunkhouse with two queen bunkbeds, pool table and video game. Huge deck, fire pit, horse shoes, pool table, video games, private sledding, hiking, hunting, motorcycle and Quad riding and camping. Bring your horses, pets and friends. We loved our get a way— it was just my husband and I and our 2 small dogs so more room that we needed- BUT to be IN THE PINES and in a quiet area was amazing!!! Lots of long walks and even popped into town for a few meals and hot farmer’s market. Perfect!!

Very nice place to stay. Our biggest complaint was cleanliness. Some surfaces were still dirty, multiple smoke alarms were missing, and spider webs galore. We have stayed at a number of cabins in the woods and never seen this many live spiders throughout the living areas. Outside of the spider issue, we had a lovely stay. The kitchen was great, outdoor area was nice, and the bed was comfy. We got engaged here so I will always be grateful we had this place to stay.

I loved my stay at the cabin in the woods. The facilities were spotless, very well maintained, and super cozy. You can tell there’s great attention to detail, and I truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely come back!

We had a lovely time at this property! The host was very accommodating, and the cabin was exactly as pictured. It was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal, very clean and the beds were extra comfy. The best part was the beautiful property that we were able to walk with our dogs. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Great property with privacy only one neighbor. The host is a great guy and comes bye if you have any issues with anything. It’s fun to explore the woods on the property. We came across a small heard of elk. Flash light tag is a must at night. Beautiful view of the stars as well. We can’t wait to go back next year.

Great communication with the host. Kitchen had pretty much everything needed, including a toaster oven/air fryer. Super comfy bed in Master bedroom. Loved the wraparound porch. Would definitely stay here again! Perfect for a family.

Unfortunately, our stay was not the peaceful, private experience advertised. The biggest issue was the neighbor’s dogs repeatedly coming onto the rental property unleashed and aggressively barking at us and our dogs. We expressed our concerns multiple times, yet the dogs’ owner seemed unconcerned and was in no hurry to remove them.What made this especially frustrating was the obvious double standard. There are signs warning that if you trespass on the neighbor’s property, police will be called, and signs inside the rental state that if the neighbor calls police, your stay can be canceled without a refund. Yet his dogs can repeatedly enter the property guests are paying to rent and harass them with seemingly no consequences.The listing also advertises 10 acres of private land, but house rules state guests are no longer allowed to walk the open land and must use trails at the bottom of the hill. That restriction should be disclosed in the listing, as “10 private acres” gives a very different impression.Lastly, the beds were old, extremely uncomfortable, and had visible urine stains on the mattresses.Between the loose dogs, uncomfortable neighbor situation, misleading acreage access, and condition of the beds, we would not stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Everything was perfect. We made a last minute booking to bring our dog with cancer up to a cool weather place where she could just lay around, relax and enjoy the fresh air. We made the perfect decision. It was very relaxing. She loved her time here. The place was clean and beds were comfy. The pool table and Pac-Man game were fun too. We even tried the horse shoes and my son shot a few basketballs with the hoop too. I have no complaints at all. The communication was great. Fully stocked with anything you might need. Thank you for allowing our family come stay to enjoy quality time with our fur baby. We would book again in a heart beat.
