The Cozy Condo #5 is an end unit of the Cherokee Trail Condominiums located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a newly renovated kitchen with a stainless steel appliances and a living room area with beautiful views of Mt Moose and McKenzie Mountain. This place creates a perfect getaway for a weekend or your winter/summer vacation.
Enjoy some quiet time on a large, private deck with a grill after a walk or a hike in the summer or warm up at a cozy fireplace after some fun in the snow. It is in a close distance to some hiking, biking and x-country trails (Peninsula Trails, 2.7m Mirror Lake Route, Cobble Hill hike-family friendly). Both Lake Placid and Mirror Lake are in a walking distance just like the restaurants and shops of the Main Street. Whiteface Mountain is 10 miles away. Grocery stores are only a couple minutes by car.

Great holiday vacation! Cozy place in a great location to walk downtown. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the drive way was plowed in a timely fashion.

The condo was very nice. We loved the deck and the privacy that being on the end gave us. The location was perfect between Lake Placid and Mirror Lake. I had missed the fact that there was no air conditioner, however. Not only was it warm but everything inside was a little sticky.
