La Estancia - Your Home away from Home!

Recently Renovated! Be our guest at your home away from home. Enjoy the convenience of a 9 minute drive from DFW airport, 15 minutes to a Cowboys or Rangers game, 22 minutes to downtown Dallas, and 21 minutes to downtown Fort Worth!

Explore all of DFW from 1 location!

You will have the GUEST HOUSE all to yourself! There are 2 queen beds.
There are extra blankets & sheets in the closet.

The guest House is located in the back which has 2 access points through the back yard. You can come and go with complete privacy. There is a washer and dryer accessible to you and a full kitchen. Please enjoy any of the toiletries as well as anything in the kitchen!

The neighborhood is pretty quiet and family oriented! Neighbors are kind and approachable and the atmosphere is laidback and low key!
Feel free to say hey or ask for any suggestions for exploring or good places to eat! I do my best at be available for any questions.

Return the key where it was located upon check in.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please don’t wipe your make up on the towels feel
Smoking is allowed outside but an extra cleaning fee could be incurred if the residence smells like smoke.

We loved this place! Very clean and everything you could possibly need. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable and felt right at home. We visited this property based on its location to our son and daughter in law and the fairly reasonable price as well as great overall ratings.Haley, and Edwin were very welcoming and kind hosts, and they had cute children. Edwin had given us a recommendation for a park in downtown Dallas that we actually visited so was thankful for that too.On entrance, we noticed that the property was not as clean as what we are used to(dust bunnies, cobwebs, smudges on the laundry room door, fridge shelves that needed wiped down, the dryer lint container was full before our first and only use, and a toaster that had lots of crumbs in the crumb tray) and which we had wiped down cleaned up, and taken care of. We were also given only 2 washcloths, and no hand towels. I did message Haley about that, and she quickly brought over one hand towel, a bath towel, and 4 infant washcloths. I appreciated her quick response, but infant wash cloths don’t really work when you are an adult. On the towel issue, I noticed that the bathroom cabinet under the sink had water damage. The shower is beautiful and had great water pressure.Another issue we had was with the ac/heat unit. It was cool in the room so I put the heat on, and as my son and daughter-in-law were sitting on the sofa beneath it, a sound came from the unit and it spit out ice pieces in them then the unit started dripping. As we would take care of our own house, we moved the sofa, put a towel down on the floor to collect the water a

Excellent weekend stay
