It is situated in a very quiet and private area, although with easy access to Playa Santa Catalina (beach) the emblematic natural pool and El Peñon. The house has 110 sqm. the garden: 150 sqm and the porch has 40sqm. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which will be prepared depending on the number of people you are, sitting room, kitchen and a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture. This property is ideal to rest and disconnect from the daily bustle, with the only vision of nature.

Relaxing stay in well equipment villa

Peaceful. Well equipped. Great views. Good communication with host and local information. Getting there and out and about requires driving on windy mountain roads. Really enjoyed our stay. Visitor centre of park was exclusive . Walked Route 5. Visited San Sebastián., Vallehermoso. Valle grand Rey. Walked to Piscina Natural. Good meal at El Faro. Walked to play de La Calera

We loved the accommodation and the island. Fantastic scenery and lovely weather for time of year.

The property was well equipped and clean and no problems at all. The only minus was the lack of morning sun as we were on the shady side of Hermigua - this would not be a problem in summer as the sun is higher in the sky but it was the only complaint if you could call it that! Nice friendly eating places and very low key non- touristy village which is what we love.

Quiet and relaxing

Awesome property... possibly even a bit more beautiful than in the pictures. Really quiet, beautiful view, no traffic noise etc. The house was extraordinarliy clean... spotless!! Management was proactive, nice and responsive the few times we had questions. Appliances, kitchen and tools (pots, pans, utensils) better than in most holiday homes. It was well suited for our holiday cooking needs (e.g. pancakes in the morning and a steak and pasta once in a while). I´d book this house again in an instant.

Good time in Altozano / Hermigua

We really enjoyed our stay in Altozano. The house leaves nothing to be desired. The equipment is perfect and just as described in the ad. The house is well divided and offers plenty of space. The garden is beautifully laid out with many exotic plants. There is a terrace in front of and behind the house, depending on the weather or the wind, you can spend some time there. Behind the house you can sunbathe and prepare food on the grill. The communication with the landlady was very good and friendly. Hermigua is a pretty town where you can get everything. It is also a good starting point for many hikes and excursions. For us it was a perfect holiday and we would love to come back. Thank you for the good service and the nice time there.

Wir haben ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes sauberes Haus und Grundstück vorgefunden mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man benötigt. Der Blick in die Bucht und auf die Berge ist einzigartig. Die verschiedenen Terrassen ermöglichen es einem zu jeder Tageszeit, die Sonne oder den Schatten zu finden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet!Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

VILLA IN DEN BERGEN MIT BLICK AUFS MEER

Alles super geklappt.Geräumges Haus. Ein Zimmer ist quasi Durchgangszimmer,aber direkt von der Terasse begehbar.Grosse Küche komplett ausgerüstet. Parken mit 2 bis 3 Autos kein Problem. Zuempfehlen.

Für Menschen die Ruhe suchen und viel Natur

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Ausblick, ruhig und mit viel Natur. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit viel Komfort. Nette, unkomplizierte Gastgeberin mit fleißigen "Bienchen" im Hintergrund. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Très agréable

Jolie maison bien située, superbe vue. Région magnifique pour les randonnées. Hôte réactif et à l'écoute. En bordure d'une petite route sans nuisance. Attention, il faut passer par la chambre 2 pour accéder à a chambre 3 mais celle-ci dispose d'une salle de bain privative et d'un accès par l'extérieur donc cela ne pose aucun problème.

Traum-Ferienhaus mit Meerblick

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in Alleinlage mit gepflegtem Palmengarten und Meerblick. Alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll; bequeme Matratzen. Gute Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Sicher eines der besten Ferienhäuser auf La Gomera

Das Haus ist in einer sehr guten Lage in Hermigua. Durch die Bananenplantage in 15min im Zentrum oder in 10min am Meer. Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche in einem sehr großen geschmackvollen Raum. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und komplett. 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit Doppelbetten. Ein Tipp: mit dem Vermieter klären, welche Zimmer für die Nutzung vorbereitet werden. Das größte und Zimmer war ei unserer Ankunft verschlossen. Wir waren zwar nur zu zweit, haben aber das Haus auch gerade wegen des großen Eckzimmers gebucht. Ansonsten gibt es nicht mehr viel anzumerken. Störend ist die sehr helle LED Straßenlaterne vor dem Haus. Abends vor dem Haus auf der gemütlichen Bank zu sitzen, ist somit wenig romantisch. Auch scheint diese Straßenlaterne in das erste Schlafzimmer direkt hinein. Hier wäre es hilfreich, wenn die Besitzer mit den Behörden vor Ort einen Blendschutz „herausverhandeln“ können. Hinter dem Haus - mit Blick auf das Meer - gibt es eine Sitzbereich, der aus Beton hergestellt wurde. Das ist zwar praktisch, weil robust und langlebig, aber zum Sitzen wenig komfortabel und gemütlich. Fazit: Das fast perfekte Ferienhaus auf La Gomera

Das wohl schönste Haus in ganz Hermigua

Wir haben im März knapp zwei Wochen in diesem Chalet verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen! Das Haus steht für sich alleine, bietet unglaublich viel Platz und ist mit allem nur Erdenklichen ausgestattet, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ana von der Agentur sowie der Besitzer Joaquín sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr engagiert. Besondere Highlights sind die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer (das man vom Grundstück aus auch wunderbar hören kann) sowie das Panorama-Fenster im Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf die fantastische Kulisse Hermiguas. Für alle nicht noch nicht La Gomera Erfahrenen: Unseres Erachtens ist Hermigua das schönste Tal auf der Insel. Saftig grün und deutlich wenig touristisch als Valle Gran Rey - dafür jedoch auch deutlich kühler und das Wetter ist sehr wechselhaft. Das Haus bietet daher tolle elektrische Heizungen und ist durch seine Lage sicherlich auch wärmer als ein Häuschen in höheren Gefilden, jedoch lohnt es sich, ein paar warme Kleidungsstücke einzupacken :)

UBICACION ESTRATÉGICA

La ubicación de la vivienda está en un lugar estratégico, cerca de la playa, del centro de salud, supermercados, restaurantes, gasolinera etc.,. En un espacio tranquilo y bien comunicado. Dispone en sus alrededores de todo lo necesario y se distingue por su carácter rural y apacible para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. Volveriamos a repetir. Las personas del entorno se caracterizan por su amabilidad y cortesía.

Great property with fabulous views

Very comfortable, well equipped house with all the amenities required for a self-catering holiday on this magical island. The location had excellent views across the barranco to Hermigua and also to the Atlantic. You can walk to the SPAR supermarket in 10 minutes through the banana plantation if you want to pick up fresh bread in the morning. The outside space has sun-loungers and tables back and front if you want to follow the sun. 20 minutes drive takes you to most of the national park walks, but be sure to go to the visitor centre on the GM-1 beyond Agulo to pick up maps and info about walks. They were very informative and accurate. I would highly recommend this property and the Hermigua area which has a wide selection of restaurants nearby.

Wirklich super!

Wir haben 7 Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und der Garten mit Meerblick wirklich traumhaft! Die Lage ist hervorragend um die Insel zu erwandern! Ein kleiner Einkaufstlp: Durch die Bananenplantage durch spazieren und gleich gegenüber ist ein relativ neuer kleiner aber feiner Bioladen mit einem sehr netten Besitzer ! Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin hat bestens geklappt! Prima war auch die wöchentliche Reinigung des Hauses ! Wir werden sicher wieder nach La Gomera kommen und da für uns Hermigua der schönste Ort der Insel ist werden wir sicher wieder kommen!

Une maison très agréable et pratique pour visiter l'est de la Gomerra

Maison confortable, très propre et tres bien équipée. Tres jolie vue et jardin agreable lorsqu'il y a peu de vent. Pratique pour visiter l'est de la Gomerra- sortir de la vallée d'Hermigua prend du temps. Propriétaire accommodant et récupération des clés pratique. Un book avec pleins de conseils avisés vous y attend également.

Sentis très à l’aise dans cette maison

Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise dans cette maison confortable. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine/salle-à-manger très bien équipée pour les repas du soir, la terrasse de l’ouest pour l’apéro et la terrasse à l’est pour le petit-déjeuner au soleil. De la maison, nous étions jamais lassé de la vue spectaculaire en direction des flancs montagneux entourant la vallée de Hermigua.

Because it is the most comfortable house in Gomera. A country house has to be rural, but also comfortable and perfectly well maintained. This house has the advantage of being close to the sea, which guarantees good temperatures all year round, but also has views to the sea.
