Wonderful family friendly place with everything you need

Great location with access to all Fort Collins has to offer. Property manager easy to communicate with and made us feel welcomed! Property was very well appointed and very clean. Front porch is fun for sipping a cocktail and watching the world go by.

Graduation weekend

We had a perfect time here while we rented out both sides of the cottage for our family of five. Three years ago we stayed here for Parents Weekend and were very happy to return for my son's graduation. With am age span of 25 - 89, I found staying here highly preferable to a hotel.

FOCO Christmas

Spent a week here with family of four. Put our teenager on one side and we stayed on the other. He loved the privacy (as did we). Clean, comfortable property. Well-appointed kitchen for cooking, serving takeout, or eating leftovers. Hard to beat the location for access to downtown and CSU campus. Would definitely return.

Great place

This house was perfect for what we needed! We came for my daughter’s graduation and had my parents with me. I love how it’s 2 houses in one! It was great to have parents next door. House is clean, and well stocked with all the necessities. Close to campus and walking distance to town. The owner of the home was very responsive and made sure her property was perfect for our stay! Highly recommend!

Charming, Clean, Convenient

Wonderful property on great street in Fort Collins. Rented both sides of the house for graduation (have previously rented just the 2 bedroom side). Both sides are equally charming. Love that each side has a half bathroom in addition to the full bathroom. So nice to have a high end washer and dryer in each unit as well. Comfortable and homey, highly recommended. Very convenient location is the cherry on top! Thank you Harriet for giving us a home away from home during our son’s time at CSU!!

Great cottage in a prime location!

One of our favorite places we have stayed in Fort Collins. You can tell that a lot of heart went into the redo of this place. Very clean and put together with special touches throughout. Very nice furnishings and beds/linens, full size washer and dryer and fully set up kitchen for cooking. We love staying close to Old Town and walking to bars and restaurants and this place is very close to it all, including the CSU campus and football stadium. We had the whole house (2 duplex) and enjoyed the porches and the outdoor seating and grill. There are even bicycles and helmets provided if you wish. Parking is off street in front and behind the cottage, which is very nice on busy weekends! We will stay here again if it is available. This place gets 100% in our book.

Total Winner!

This duplex was perfect in so many ways. It was uniquely accommodating for anyone who prefers a little private space when traveling with a group or other family members. For those of us who prefer travel accommodations to be as good as, or better, than home it also delivered with updates that were fresh and expertly done. The amenities throughout the home indicated that the owner cares about their guests' experience. The kitchens were outfitted with everything anyone could want to make their stay more enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better either - so close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The wonderful front porch facing a tree-lined street was perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. On top of all of this, guests weren't required to do a half days worth of housekeeping before checking out. This one was a total winner!

Wonderful

The duplex was just as advertised. Good location, clean and furnished with everything we needed. Sitting on the front porch in the evenings and visiting was a treat. Our son rented a guitar from Guitar Center and entertained us. We will be back.
