Upea paikka rentoutua ja nauttia järvestä. Upea näköala. Mukava kalastuslaituri. Koti istuu aivan avoimen veden lähellä, mutta sillä on silti näkymä siihen. Suuri kansi järven puolella taloa, jossa on ulkoterassi, iso pöytä ja patiohuonekalut. Äskettäin lisätty lisää terasseja 2 lisäpuolelle taloa yhteensä noin 2000 neliöjalkaa. Rakenna tulipalo järven rannalla ja nauti ulkona. Kodissa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja vuodesohva, joten voit nukkua 8 mukavasti. Keittiössä on aamiaisbaari, kahvila-asema Keurig-kahvinkeittimellä, ja se on avoin olohuoneeseen. Siellä on kaasugrilli, jos päätät grillata illallista.

Great weekend away

What an amazing weekend at an amazing property. Everything was perfect down to the amazing breeze all throughout the day! My little family had a much needed relaxing weekend. Not the first and won't be the last time staying at this cozy lake house!

Pictures do the property more justice. The floor in the house has some warped spots, bring extra blankets, the bedding is very thin. The spider's inside the house are crazy. Not sure who they use to exterminate but I would find a new company. Overall, we had a nice time and made memories.

Peaceful

This was the perfect getaway to spend Christmas with my adult kids and granddaughter! It was absolutely beautiful watching the sunset over the lake and was so peaceful. We were able to put a tree up so my granddaughter could enjoy her first Christmas opening gifts and reflect on the memories we had visiting Pittsburg Tx with my husband. Thank you for opening your place during the holidays. Will definitely be back again soon. Happy New Year!

Absolutely perfect!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a great time fishing and hanging out around the fire pit makinng smores. The house was awesome and the views were beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Relaxing getaway

We had a great time at the lake house. It was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the dock, hammocks, outdoor tv, and fire pit. We will be back!

Weekend

We had a nice easy stay. Great lake views and plenty of room to stread out. Bring your own coffee pods and would be helpful if a light was left on outside if guest arriving after dark.

Remote lakehouse with private dock

The lakehouse was nice for a short, casual getaway. Outdoor furniture could have been cleaner. Lake access was a plus. It's a short distance to the Lake Sandlin State Park (recommended!) but a drive to get to stores/restaurants.

Amazing family weekend

We stayed with our family and friends this weekend. It was so much fun! We brought our jet skis and enjoyed time on the lake. At night we grilled out and watched football on the porch. It was such a great weekend! The house was perfect for a nice getaway!

Much needed getaway

The property was nice and relaxing. Stayed with my parents and brother. The beds were cozy and we enjoyed playing cornhole on the deck. The hostess was very helpful and sweet. We had some hang ups with the gate but that wasn't too bad. I honestly didn't want to leave.

The property is nicely remodled. We enjoyed the views from every window, on the stormy day as well as the sun drenched day. Nice path to the dock. We enjoyed eating at the bar/island counter. The location was near the state park where we love to hike. We caught fish and enjoyed our time at the lake. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope to return in the future!

Cozy and comfortable on the water

Quiet and peaceful lakefront with a great patio. Identifying the gate was a little frustrating but otherwise GPS takes you to the site. Excellent property management, as soon as we voiced our concerns regarding the condition of the property Jennifer showed up and remedied the situation. No soaps or shampoo or wash rags so bring it..couches and beds are comfy. Definitely stay there again.

Peaceful retreat

Beautiful lake view property with a dock in a secluded cove. Huge deck with several sitting for various activities (outdoor tv, gas fire-pit, dining). Interior was well appointed and very clean. I loved the coziness and color scheme. We felt at home! The weather didn’t collaborate with us during our Spring Break, but Jennifer was very helpful. Thank you.

We were highly disappointed in the cleanliness of our stay this weekend. We enjoyed time together but struggled with the dirt and upkeep of the house. The pictures on the listing made the place look clean and kept up with. Upon arrival we were confused with the appearance of the front due to the lack of pictures of the front of the VRBO. There was dirt, spider webs, and bugs all over the inside of every room. As we understand in such a wooded area, bugs are not possible to avoid but the house had not be properly cleaned or dusted. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and dishes covered in cob webs. The pictures highlighted the back patio as it was beautiful and it is but the furniture was covered in bugs, dirt, and cob webs and needed to be hosed off. The fire pit down by the lack had trash in it and the chairs were covered in webs and spiders. The sliding glass doors and windows had no blinds or curtains which caused no privacy as a safety concern. The baseboards had dirt along them and looked to not have been cleaned in some time. The code to the main gate did not work and you had to get out of the car and unhook the chain and open and close the gate on your own. The parking area where we parked our cars was mud covered. A coffee table would have been of great use in the living room. Although it is nice to unplug, for safety reasons with bringing children to the VRBO when they sleep and need to be monitored, WiFi would be much needed.

suggestion for improvement

A broken bed. A creaking bed. The master shower is terrible, poorly positioned and adapted. The refrigerator only cools with very few things, when we fill it up it starts to cool badly. The fishing deck light didn't turn on at all at night. The other time it didn't turn on either. Once again, the house cleaning for the price charged left much to be desired, just like the first time. The air conditioning is turned on very close to the time of arrival, causing great discomfort in the first few hours of the stay. Conclusion: I won't be back!!! I'm sorry!!!

Great weekend getaway for our family

We loved our stay at this relaxing lake home. The backyard is very large and private. My kids loved fishing and jumping into the lake. There isn’t a ladder to get in and out of the lake from the dock but that didn’t stop us! However, it would be a great addition for those of us without upper body’s strength :) The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the hammocks, fire pit and there are so many fireflies at night it was incredible. There aren’t any toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, etc) or condiments in the fridge so be sure to bring your own. There isn’t a hairdryer either but I didn’t miss it. I brought mosquito spray because they love me and my son but we didn’t need it. That was a pleasant surprise! Overall this was a wonderful getaway for our family of 4 and dog. We will definitely be back!

When we were looking at purchasing a lake property we chose this place because of the seclusion and the location. We wanted a lake property just far enough from town that once we got there we didn’t want to leave but close enough to town that if we needed to we could.

The location and privacy was perfect for our needs. We wanted to let kids swim and fish at pier but also be close enough to main lake to do water sports. The home is cozy yet spacious enough.
