Island living at it's best! Island Breeze Condominiums with Direct access across the street to Englewood Beach! Bright and light Oversized efficiency unit offering great amenities with everything you need to make your stay comfortable!
New amenity filled kitchen. The unit was just freshly redecorated. Outdoor grill! On site heated swimming pool. (Nov-April) There are great restaurants within walking distance (one upscale restaurant right next door!) and there is also a free shuttle service that brings you around the area!! (Convenient but not needed unless you want to use it)

Big screen TV in the living area, dining area, roomy bath with shower and a balcony with a partial view of the bay and the boat docks.
Manasota Key and the Englewood area offers various activities that will keep all interests involved!
All this with your private gulf beach access just across the street! (Manasota Key offers 4 public beaches!)

Englewood area is well known for its great fishing, boating, golf, village shopping and of course its beaches!
BOAT docks available at no extra cost!. (reservation needed but no trailers allowed on site)
Enjoy the morning sunrise from your own private balcony or evening sunsets from the beach! You can even fish from our own private pier! Life as it should be! Come and Relax!

This is a wonderful condo! It was very clean and had everything I needed for a great stay. I loved the patio with a bay view and the pool was perfect. The beach was also lovely, with clear water and a lot of shells. The condo is within walking distance (3 miles roundtrip) to Stump Pass and there are many good restaurants within half a mile. I would definitely recommend the condo and hope to stay again sometime.

We had a great experience staying at Dave and Tiz's condo. Super clean, beautifully decorated! Beach right across street. Nice to also have the pool steps from door of condo. Great restaurants within walking distance or short drive away. We had a small problem with TV and Dave had someone out within 20 minutes to fix it for us. Great Beach Vacation Spot

The condo is a nice size and was very clean. The hosts were very attentive and polite in correspondence. It was quiet and only about 250 steps to the beach with easy access to pull up the car right to the beach for unloading if necessary.It's a short drive to just about anything you may need. Many shops and great places to eat.

A perfect weekend getaway! Amazing location right across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars. The studio had everything we needed including many little touches that make a huge difference such as plenty of towel hooks, two closets, and lots of counter space. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the bay. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and communication with the hosts was phenomenal. I would definitely stay again!

Great place!

The studio condo was great! It is super basic but had what we needed for a fun few days. We liked how close it was to the beach and that the pool was so clean. One downside is that the walls between the condos are super thin and you can hear everything. Conversations, tv, everything.

Thanks Emily for being a great guest. The building is constructed with 2 walls between units to help with that issue. We are wondering if the next door guests were unusually louder than normal? But we'll keep trying to address that type of issue.. Thanks again
