Great location and property

Had a great trip to Wailea Beach Villas in June. The property is in a stunning location and the grounds are immaculate. Pool areas are nice and not crowded. Steps from Wailea Beach. Would definitely stay in this villa again.

F101 Villa at Wailea Beach Villas was incredible! The play pool was a great feature, we used it daily. The view was gorgeous, and we had a ton of privacy. Comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen were a plus! We cooked and grilled almost every night! Some updated non-stick pans for the kitchen are probably needed, but it wasn’t an issue we worked with what was available. The WBV staff are all great and helpful. The property is gorgeous and it’s the perfect location.

Beautiful home in an amazing spot

Beyond expectations! Great home in a beautiful closed-gate community. Bedrooms are generously sized and well appointed. Indoor and outdoor kitchen are well equipped. Great LR/DR combo comfortable for six+ adults. Beautiful and intimate pools, and beach. Fantastic service from all the staff involved.

Family Vacation

This was our first family trip to Maui. 7 family members in all. It was fabulous! Our grandchildren are twins and 4 yrs. old. The Villa was perfect for our family. It even had pool toys available for the kids. The pool in the back was enjoyed by all. Walking distance and pools was easy. This was a vacation we will always remember. We hope to return and we would definitely stay here again!

Misrepresented and Dirty Villa

I have stayed at Wailea Beach Villas in the past and have loved it. I have not, however, stayed in this villa. This villa has been misrepresented in the listing (pictures are very old). I found the Villa to be poorly maintained and disgustingly dirty, for example, some appliances did not work, oven was filthy, and I found partially eaten pizza in a drawer, among many other issues. Communication with property manager went nowhere. The only reason it gets 2 stars and not 1 is because check-in is handled by another company and the resort itself is lovely. I have opened an official case complaint with VRBO.

Not The Best!

Arrival and check in were smooth and great…Property Manager could use some Cust. Serv. Experience…every question I emailed him, I was told to look into a book when I get into the unit …We arrived and my 27yo daughter had the bedroom with stained comforter and towels that were stained or look like someone wiped their makeup on. Prop, Manager received my phone call but had HIS WIFE speak to me about the cleaning lady coming to replace comforter and bring clean towels…When you pay for Wailea Villas, you expect clean, professional Mgmt team. I got a man who couldn’t be bothered and gave me one word answers thru email but I will say his wife was kind…Furniture in the unit is outdated and needs to be upgraded. Cleaning lady was a sweet woman who went above and beyond. Next time, I will find a unit not with the SAME property mgmt. company….funny someone mentioned “missing tiles in the private pool “ in a review. Here it is months or years later and the same tiles are still missing! Go figure~~~Hawaii and Maui are beautiful but I’d see look for a great unit and property mgmt company

I apologize for the issues that you encountered during your stay; however, your recollection of the events is misstated. First - you sent me an email 3 days after your arrival complaining of a makeup stain on a bedspread. This stain was later determined to have been caused by your daughter who was sleeping in that room for the 3 nights prior to your email. 2. On 4-19-2023 at 11:29am you informed me of the stain on the bedspread. At 12:09pm I replied with my "one word answer" of: "Hi Debra - I apologize for the inconvenience. The owners occupied the Villa before your arrival so, the number of issues that you have mentioned are quite surprising. I will have our cleaning supervisor contact you immediately to discuss the appropriate remedies. Her name is Jennifer and she will assist you with any questions/ comments that you may have regarding the cleaning of the Villa. Once again, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience." Upon my cleaners visiting the Villa it was immediately determined that the makeup was a stain from your daughter and was not a preexisting issue. Aloha,

Amazing Location for Family

Condo was beautiful, well appointed, and the perfect ground floor location at the Wailea Beach Villas property. The plunge pool was utilized daily by the kids and you are also just a staircase away from the kids pool. The property overall is beautiful and very quiet and the proximity to Wailea Shops is outstanding. Can't say enough good things about the property!

Perfect family vacation

We loved this property. It was very spacious- easily accommodating 4 adults and 4 teens. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy (and I am picky about beds), and the process to book and check in was simple. We lived on the back patio and cooked tons of meals there. Initially I didn’t think we would really use the plunge pool but we really loved it - kids and adults alike. The grounds and pools were so lovely and quiet/peaceful. There isn’t a restaurant or bar on site (which some may not like when hanging at the pool or beach) but we packed coolers or just went to one of the nearby hotels. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily book it again!

Wailea F-101

This was a perfect vacation. Very quiet, clean and beautiful The facility is perfect for a family (we had 3 generations) or for three couples. Beach is a two minute walk. Property Manager was highly responsive to our questions before our visit. Little cocktail pool was good for grandkids or for adults just sipping a drink and wanting to cool off. Premise adult pool and kids pool were both terrific and great towel service. Only negative to the entire experience is that I didn't feel it was properly stocked with the basics. Soaps, Laundry and Dish Soaps, Paper Towels, Shampoo etc. A couple of electrical issues and the pool lost a few tiles but I only mention this so the owners know these are an issue. Very seamless COVID safe experience. We will be back, it was a relaxing and delightful week.

A Family Vacation to Treasure

We stayed in this villa during our first visit to Maui in October, 2018. It was perfect for our family (consisting of my husband and me and our two married daughters and their husbands). Everyone felt pampered by their accommodations in the villa. The condo is beautifully finished and maintained, as is the resort. The location on Wailea Beach is stunning, with easy access to the famous three mile Beach Walk and its beautiful views of blue ocean, distant islands, and palm trees. We had breakfast in the villa most mornings and grilled out on the lanai twice. Otherwise we enjoyed the proximity of nearby restaurants, from the taco shack next door on the beach to fine dining in Wailea. Sunsets from the resort's adult pool overlooking the ocean were memorable. A comment of my husband's captures our experience perfectly: "I feel about this spot as I do about Italy--it's a special place I want to keep coming back to."

Wonderful Villa

Our family vacation at this villa was wonderful! My husband and I rented F101 for ourselves, two children and two grandchildren. The place was beautifully decorated, extremely well appointed with every gadget one could possibly need, spotless and perfectly located. The children's pool was 10 steps away and beautiful. Our villa had a small pool which came in very handy in the early morning hours. The beach was gorgeous and attendants supplied chairs, towels and umbrellas. Adult pool located near beach. Wish they would have allowed children here but pretty strict about them using children's pool only. This villa is a real gem and would be terrific for any family. We will definitely return here!!

Beautiful property. Great location.

A great setting. The property management team was friendly and available. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Full access to pools and beaches. Next door to Wailea shops made it convenient to find good food, shopping and necessities.
