Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was clean, safe, and professionally managed. Lots of amenities and great location. Particular condo we rented was also clean and had an abundance of cooking utensils, pans, and dishes. Everything you need. Only complaint would be the kiddie splash pad wasn’t heated and never is heated according to the front desk. This contradicts the website and was a big reason we booked here, which was disappointing in April or anytime the weather is cooler. Overall our family still had a blast in the warmer pools and it was awesome being right on the ocean with a wonderful view.

We didn't end up staying in this condo. It had a plumbing issue that wasn't going to be fixed in time so this review is about the rental company. They offered two alternatives and we chose the one with a king bed. We had to stop by the rental office to get they keys. The ladies were very kind and accommodating. We were happy with the condo and its location. One thing to note, you need to bring/buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and soap (hand and dish). This information is in the rental agreement but if you're like me and don't read the whole thing you'll miss it. 10/10 and we will rent from them again!

Great for families with younger kids.

Great place for families with younger kids though the building is a little out dated and can use some work. Elevators are very hit or miss and the parking garage is a little tight. The hottubs on the 7th floor did not get hot or even warm 4 of the 5 days we tried them. Overall good place to stay.

We had a great stay. Rental was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The views were awesome and we really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs.

Great beach access

Was a good unit had enough space for our family of 3 kids. Loved the great beach access and the pools. But the parking garage was a nightmare. Overall a good vacation!

Location was excellent

Stayed with my two young daughters and it was the perfect place for us. They didn't have a ton of kitchen utensils, but we made due. Loved sitting on the balcony every evening, and my daughters loved being able to switch from the pool to the beach.

The condo was clean and as described. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway.
