First of all, it said it sleep 6. ok but only 5 could sit at the dimmer table. only 4 could sit on the deck. the other 2 had no seat. the trash cans were full of trash. trash can in the master was full. tv did not work, especially the one in the master. No blinds on the double doors in master.. It was nothing like the pictures, Weeds were grown up all around the house. could not go in the yard.. I have used vrbo many times and never wrote a bad report but for the money I paid, it was horrible.

Hello Thelma,
Thank you for your review. We will share your feedback on the seating at the rental and the need for blinds on the double doors in the master bedroom. Regarding the TV's not working, our maintenance tried to troubleshoot this over the phone and went out to assist, finding it was user error with the TV being on the wrong input. Maintenance didn't find the yard overgrown as is being claimed, but did remove trash in the outside cans to give you additional can capacity. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay at this property and thank you for your visit.

Disappointing.
The house and surrounding area was pretty disappointing. The house and property are really run-down. The chairs outside have mold all over the cushions. The basement looked great in the pictures but smells really musty and has an old shag-like carpet, so, we did not want to spend any time down there. Also, the basketball game looks great in the pictures but is actually a tiny little thing with old ball pit type balls. There also were wasps all over the house and we had to kill four in one day, including one on a child's bed upstairs (glad we caught it before the child went to bed!). The highway is also a very short distance away and the noise from the highway is super loud, especially on the side of the house facing it. The highway sound really took away from that feeling of relaxation we were looking for. The "neighborhood" also is really worn down. The gate was broken the whole time were were there. The first time, it trapped us in after we had loaded up the car with the whole family and equipment and were ready to head out for the day. We contacted the company and they told us to disassemble the gate. We had to do this every time we entered or exited. Super disappointing overall, especially for the price.
