1. Cleaning fees of $160 and associated 4:00 PM Check In and 10:00 AM Check Out. The amount of work and cost to clean the unit and prepare it for the next vacationer is the same regardless of the length of your stay. The check in and check out times posted provide the necessary time for the cleaning crew to turn the unit to make it available to you and the next vacationer coming after you. As such, please understand that if your plans require the use of the unit past check out time on the day of departure, this will push its availability to others coming after you for their 4:00 pm check in to the following day, and you will be required to book this additional day even though you may not be spending the night. This also will be appropriately reflected in the calendar and so duplicate or overlapping bookings are avoided.

3. Sales tax of 12 % for short term vacation stays must be paid to the state of Georgia and local Glynn County.
4. A $500 damage deposit is required. Please contact me within 2 hours of your arrival to report damage you discover and to insure it is not your responsibility. We rely on our cleaning crew to report to us the state of the unit after each tenancy, and they are human, and sometimes things are missed.
