Este es un amplio condominio de 4 dormitorios / 4 baños directamente en el canal intracostero. Hay 3 balcones para sentarse y disfrutar de los barcos o la hermosa vista de la piscina. Tal vez desee relajarse después de la cena y ver la puesta de sol, esta es la mejor vista. ¿Alguien dijo fuegos artificiales? Una vez más, el balcón será tu lugar favorito.
Hay pantallas planas en las dos habitaciones, así como en la gran sala de estar. El comedor tiene una bonita mesa con capacidad para 8 y el bar de la cocina tendrá capacidad para 3 más. En la cocina encontrará cualquier electrodoméstico o utensilio de cocina que necesite para preparar comidas para su grupo y pasar tiempo fácilmente entre ellos en este condominio que cuenta con más de 2500 pies cuadrados de alojamiento espacioso.
Hay 4 dormitorios que tienen su propio espacio en la unidad. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño completo y TV de pantalla plana. El maestro tiene un rey y el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 reinas. Las habitaciones 3 y 4 tienen una cama King y 2 camas Queen respectivamente.
No es necesario lavar la ropa de forma continua ni llevarse a casa a lavar, también tenemos una lavadora y secadora para su comodidad. No se ahorra nada en nuestro condominio, esto asegurará unas excelentes vacaciones.
Tenemos WiFi gratis en la unidad, así como las mejores comodidades que podrías pedir a tu alcance en Barefoot Landing.
Hablando de Barefoot Landing, ¿has notado todos los planes nuevos y emocionantes que ocurren justo al otro lado del canal ... estás en una excelente ubicación.
También tenemos un servicio de transporte gratuito que lo lleva directamente a la playa que se detiene al lado del condominio de abril a septiembre.
Este complejo cuenta con la piscina más grande de SC, el restaurante Basil & Garlic junto a la piscina, todo el golf que se puede pedir (se aplican tarifas), el puerto deportivo en el lugar con alquileres disponibles (se aplican tarifas), tiendas y restaurantes en abundancia.

Beautiful condo w/great views. Fireworks on Mon night. Great pool, restaurant next door. Secure location, gated parking. Comfy beds. Each bdrm w/bath. Kitchen well stocked. Owner, Sal, was extremely helpful & easy to reach & communicate with. Would highly recommend & would def stay again.

Worth the smiles and laughter

The location was excellent with a great view. We all talked about using it again. The owner of the unit, Sal, was a pleasure to meet. The "Jimmy Buffet" cruise on the Barefoot Queen was a delight. So many great places to shop and dine. The fireworks and evening music from across the canal was nice especially when sitting out on the balconies, which we had 3.

Had a blast!

We had a fantastic vacation as a whole family. There was so much to do in the area, so many restaurants, and the pool was perfect for our littles. Any questions that we asked before/during our trip were answered quickly! Sal is a phone call kinda guy, which was great because we received a ton of information when chatting. The fireworks on Monday were beautiful, and enjoyed by all. We will definitely be planning another vacation here in the future!

Beautiful location & property!

Pros: The location is great! There are beautiful views of the waterway and a huge pool that you have access to. The parking area is gated and monitored by security so you do feel more secure. The condo was huge, very clean, and Sal the owner was so helpful!Cons: The only minor complaint I had was the listing was a little confusing. The door code I was sent on the app wasn’t right. Thankfully the property manager called to provide the correct one but that could have been an issue. Also no gate code was provided on the app for the parking lot - the manager provided that as well. The listing didn’t make clear which resort/villa was ours so we were a little confused trying to find the right parking lot but we figured it out. The property manager told us the villa number, but again, it would be nice to have all this in the app. We also had to call to get the wifi info. There was no info about the pool so you don’t know the hours unless you go down there to look at the sign. Also, we were under the impression that there would be a shuttle to take us to the beach/Barefoot Landing, but again no info provided. There’s a “shuttle drop off” turnaround but we never saw a shuttle and from what I could find online it doesn’t seem like it picks up at that location anymore.None of these things were a big deal - just minor inconveniences. I would update the listing and provide an info sheet in the condo with all this information. Other than that, we had a great experience!

Fabulous 4 bedroom!!!

This is our 5th year staying in this unit. Great views from all 3 balconies. Perfect location in North Myrtle Beach- on the inter coastal waterway. Magnificent, super clean, updated this year. Just perfect. Has everything you would ever need. Do not hesitate to book this. Sal- the owner is fantastic to work. So friendly and accommodatingWe will be back often. Book today!!!! You will not be disappointed.

Out of all the golf trips I’ve been on this was absolutely the best.This area was the best out of the way of all the touristy areas,clean and safe and close to great restaurants,beach and shopping and of course golf.Sal the host was so good easy to contact with any questions even the wives liked it

This condo was very clean and cozy. Big enough for our 11 family and friends. We loved and enjoyed our stay. The host Mr Sal was very friendly and attentive to his guess. We had fun and would definitely recommend this place to stay. When ever I’m in Myrtle Beach I will definitely stay here. Thanks again Mr Sal for making your home our home away from home!

Fantastic get away

This is our 4th time renting this unit. It is absolutely perfect. You will not be disappointed. From start to finish everything is always perfect. Sal is excellent, always there to help in need of anything. The view is priceless. Please do not hesitate to spend some time in this 4 bedroom home away from home!!!

Great Host

Sal made the check in process very easy and was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. The pictures don't do this place justice and it was just enough space for my family of 8 adults to have space to be all together and have space for alone time.

Fun and games

This is our second stay with this host in this condo and he is wonderful. We actually got to meet him this time and he kindly helped us get our things up to our condo and even gave us a tour of his other condo in the building. We will be back to stay again and we even plan to try the higher unit next time. Either one is great so stay here and enjoy the privacy of 4 beds, 4 baths, it’s really incredible!!!! Great location, central to everything, great views, and the peace of mind that your host is on top of things!!!

Great way to welcome in 2023!!!

This was our 2nd year celebrating the New Year at Barefoot Marina!!! Condo is absolutely perfect and in pristine condition. The view from the balcony breath taking. I could sit out there for days. Everything is perfect. Sal is a fabulous and courteous owner. Do not hesitate at all booking your Mrytle Beach getaway here!!!! You will not be disappointed.

Great Experience

We recently stayed at this condo and we have nothing bad to say. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The property manager was very pleasurable, helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay there in the future.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I purchased this property to be with my friends at the beach. I really like the waterway view & the peaceful area in Barefoot Landing. I wanted to do some upgrades things to this unit & wanted to make my guests know that I cared about the details as an owner. The unit had so much to offer it caught my eye when I realized how much space this 4 bedroom unit had as compared to units with even more bedrooms.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Just simply sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful yachts, sailboats, etc go by, it is so relaxing. Maybe as a renter you will just park your boat at the marina and walk to the villa. I think you will see the pride here in my place is for your enjoyment.
At the traffic circle beside my building, from April- Sept you will have access to a shuttle directly to the beach from our condos. You do not even have to worry about parking.
