Irida Villa with private heated pool in Hersonissos, Crete.
Built in 2013 with particular attention to detail, villa IRIDA is a luxurious villa of 160m2 with a beautiful view of the sea that will offer memorable moments for up to 8 quests all the year round.

Spacious Interiors
Brand new, the villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room where you can relax next to the fire place or enjoy your movie on the 40 inches screen HD flat TV. There is also an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for you to prepare and taste the best Greek recipes.
Stairs lead to the first floor where there are 3 light and spacious bedrooms overlooking the sea. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second room also has a king size bed and an en suite terrace whilst the third room has 2 single beds and a balcony. The lavish decoration of the rooms combined with the finest linen offer a total sense of relaxation and tranquility.

External Spaces
Access to the villa is through a private entrance. In the 1500 m2 of land, and is surrounded by a beautiful blooming garden with multicolor flowers and a children’s playground. The centerpiece of the exterior is the private swimming pool and a terrace that is furnished with seating and sun loungers. The view of the blue Aegean Sea from this area is quite spectacular, making it the ideal place for relaxing in the sun or shade, dining or holding a party.

30th Birthday Trip Stay

For sure it is a beautiful property and good views but for this price, it should be. Sunrise was spectacular. Great location, though not very private with house directly in front/to the left, which I did not realise at time of booking (likely not have booked if given the choice). House was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Cleaner did an amazing job. WiFi connection not very strong. Had issues with ducted AC however Host was very responsive and helped accordingly in quick manner. It is a very beautiful place and well looked after.

Villa magnifique

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa qui est magnifique, moderne, propre et très bien conçue. Nous avons été reçu par la propriétaire Irini qui est gentille et toujours attentionnée avec ses locataires. Fabuleux !

Villa a recommander fortement tant au niveau de la qualité des prestations que le serieux et la sympathie des propriétaires qui sont disponibles et réactifs lorsque l on a besoin d eux . Il ne manque rien dans la villa pour passer un bon séjour en famille , la maison est tres propre , bien située à côté des commerces et de la plage . La piscine chauffée et le jardin sont très bien entretenus . Merci encore Mihalis pour ton accueil, nous recommandons à tous les futurs vacanciers ta villa . Regis

Villa a recommander fortement au vu de la qualité de la maison, l'accueil des propriétaires dès notre arrivée. Rien n'est laissé au hasard, c'est encore mieux que l'annonce proposée. nous avons passé 15 j dans cette merveilleuse maison et absolument tout "tait parfait. les photos ne reflètent que partiellement la vérité , la maison est bien plus belle . la localisation est superbe , le niveau de prestations (équipements ) est de très haut de gamme et je peux que remercier encore et encore les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse leur disponibilité. en tout point parfait

Absolument fabuleux. Villa tres propre et tres luxueuse , idealement situee au calme mais non loin du centre ville. Cette villa est tres confortable pour 6 personnes et les propriétaires sont des gens adorables , tres serviables , disponibles et sympathiques. Grace à eux vous vous sentirez rapidement comme à la maison. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommendons vivement la villa pour de bonnes vacances en Crête

Het huis is erg mooi en schoon, helaas vielen de eigenaren erg tegen. We werden elke dag lastig gevallen op willekeurige momenten op een dag, zonder geldige reden. We kregen het idee dat we gecontroleerd werden en geen privacy hadden, aangezien ze ook in het huis kwam als wij er niet waren zonder het aan te kondigen. Daarnaast werden we beschuldigd van schade maken, terwijl hier geen bewijs voor was en wij dat ook niet gedaan hadden. Over het algemeen dus een heel mooi huis, maar de communicatie met de eigenaar heeft onze vakantie lichtelijk verstoord.

We recently stayed in Irini’s villa for 2 weeks and had a great time. The villa is well located to be about to eat in the local villages and avoid the hustle & bustle of the lively bars. Irini gave us some great recommendations & was really helpful when we needed help. A great villa for a family.

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir hatten einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Das Haus liegt zusammen mit zwei weiteren Häusern auf einem separaten Grundstück. Es ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir konnten vor dem eigentlichen Check in anreisen und wurden persönlich von der Besitzerin empfangen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit noch einmal buchen.

Amazing!!!

What a beautiful house!! The pool, the view, the rooms, bathrooms, it’s just amazing. You have everything you wish for. And if there is something else you want, you just call and Irina is there to fix it. Such a super service!!! Perfect place for family holiday

Words can't describe how truly amazing our stay at this house was. We had a last minute change of houses, and owners was so accommodating and helpful in transferring us and helping us to get settled. The pictures of the house truly do not do it justice. The views are beyond stunning and the outside space is so beautiful and serene, we never wanted to leave the house because it was so relaxing to be there. We will miss our morning breakfasts out on the terrace overlooking the sea, and of course the amazing pool that was heated for us till 30 degrees(it was one of reason to chose this villa because of small kids). The house is a very clean and really perfect for using. Kitchen it was favorite place for my wife. It's have everything as in our home and even when we didn't know where we can find some devices for cooking Irina always came in 10 minutes and help us with any issues. Irina is the perfect host. She is welcoming available and accommodating. Everything is easy and works out perfectly with her. During our holiday she was eight months pregnant with another child of 1.5 years, but despite this she was reacts really quickly to our requests. Since we rested in November it was already the end of the season and most of the places were closed, Irina has made a great program for us, where we can get all necessary goods for children and wich places we could visit that time.I recommend staying with her for anyone. Do not hesitate in booking this house, we made so many unforgettable memories with our family here!

Slightly disappointing

We have only given this villa a 3 star rating for various reasons. First of all the villa itself is clean with ample crockery/utensils. It is decorated to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings. Large BBQ area and nice shady seating area. We have 3 negative comments. 1. Most afternoons /evenings we experienced very loud music reverberating from the apartment complex/hotels that surround the villa. Hardly peaceful. 2. The villa pool lights did not work making the pool area very dark. The owners were informed but it was not rectified until quite late into our holiday. 3. At the level of rental price paid we did expect a welcome pack & toiletries to be provided. In comparison to our previous weeks rental villa in Chania which provided a welcome pack,fruit, biscuits, raki & toiletries for less rental price, This villa was sadly lacking and poor value for money.

Excellent villa

This Villa was an absolute dream of a place. gorgeous style and beautiful decor. the villa was very clean, and had all the amenities available. it was spacious, luxurious and had a great heated pool along with a brilliant BBQ area which for me being a South African was the best feature!! they have a brilliant and professional masseuse who comes to the villa on request and we had the best back massage ever! she brought along a variety of essential Oil blends for sale for all types of problems for which i bought one for my back as i suffer from lower back pain and it did wonders! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great relaxing holiday. I thank the owners Michael and Irine for being wonderful hosts.

Villa de rêve

Cette année nous avons choisi la Crète pour nos vacances. Nous avons décidé de rester à la Villa Irida, parce qu'elle était assez grande pour toute la famille (mon mari, mes parents, mes deux petits enfants et moi). Nous avons trouvé cette location à très bon prix. Elle n'était pas loin non plus du village principal d’ Hersonissos.La villa Irida se trouve au coeur de la montagne crétoise à côté du joli village traditionnel de Koutouloufari. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires Michael et Irini qui nous ont dit de les contacter pour tout ce dont nous pourrions avoir besoin. Nous avons eu la véritable surprise de voir que la villa était encore plus belle et plus grande que sur les photos. Nous avons trouvé un barbecue dans le jardin privé ce qui a ravit mon mari grand amateur de barbecue ! Le Villa étais très propre et avec toutes les commodités. Tous les soirs, pendant que mon mari nous faisait un délicieux BBQ, mes parents appréciaient la piscine chauffée (ma mère ayant de l'arthrite). Les enfants s'amusaient aussi à jouer sur la pelouse de la villa Pendant la journée nous avons visité les endroits qu’Irini, notre guide improvisée, nous a recommandés. La villa a également un catalogue avec différents massages et soins du visage que nous avons testés au bord de la piscine. Ces massages ont été faits par un thérapeute qualifié et très sympa, parlant français ! Il nous a donné un vaste choix d'huiles essentielles. Quel bonheur pour les vacances ! Malheureusement, le 3ième jour, ma mère se sentait un peu malade à cause du soleil et nous avons appelé Irini pour nous indiquer le centre médical. Vraiment, je ne peux pas y croire : elle nous a amené chez le médecin. Quelle hospitalité crétoise ! Nous avons eu nos meilleures vacances grâce à Irini et Michael ! Отличный отпуск на средиземном море!!!

Мы отдыхали на Крите в мае 2016 года . Наш выбор пал на Ириду виллу так как были все удобства для отдыха с ребёнком и что ещё не мало важно это наличие услуги подогрева бассейна . Забронировав эту виллу мы связались с владельцем Михалисом и были приятно уделены так как его супруга Ирина говорит на русском языке. С этого момента Ирина сделала наш отпуск максимально комфортным. Нас встретил трансфер в аэропорту, который она же организовала , предоставила нам все необходимое для нашего 10-ти месячного ребёнка , даже написала списки магазинов где покупать продукты питания для нашего малыша. Любая наша просьба выполнялась в кратчайшие сроки. Мы очень благодарны за столь теплый приём и мгновенную реакцию на все наши просьбы это была колоссальная помощь, а особенно учитывая то, что Ирине нужно было заботиться о своём 3-х месячном малыше. Что касается виллы то можем сказать, что дом ещё лучше чем на фото. Он намного больше и очень чистый, что для нас было важно. Так же владельцы построили огромную обеденную зону с барбекю, где мы проводили все наши вечера, это был для нас так же приятный сюрприз так как на момент нашего бронирования у них не было фото с барбекю зоной. Мы наслаждались тишиной и покоем находясь на вилле , это был просто Рай после шумного города. Мы обязательно вернёмся в это место ещё раз как только запланируем наш отпуск в Грецию.

Eine Woche im Paradies

Wir reisen gerne und sind schon viel rum gekommen, wichtig war uns ein Haus in dem man gerne wohnt und ungestört sich erholen kann, Vorliebe mit privatem Pool und genau das haben wir mit der Villa gefunden. Man kann sagen, es war eine Woche im Paradies. Es fehlte an gar nichts. Die Einrichtung ist so schön dass ich am liebsten dort bleiben wollte. Super! Empfangen wurden wir ganz herzlich, typisch griechisch eben. Die Inhaber dieser Villa gaben uns sofort ein Gefühl von Geborgenheit und Wohl sein. Der Inhaber Mihalis (bzw. dessen Ehefrau Irini) hat uns stets herzlich unterstützt und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Der nächste Urlaub ist gebucht, wir sind stolz diese Familie kennen gelernt zu haben. Es stimmte einfach Alles, die Besitzer haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir sind dankbar für die tolle Zeit, bis nächstes Jahr.

Our absolutely perfect Greek holidays!!!

We stayed at Irida villa in July 2016. It was really fantastic holidays special for my kids. The villa is very clean, comfortable and luxurious looked really even better than in photos. Villa located close to nice traditional village Kutulufari with a good restourants, small shops and friendly people. We completely fell in love with this place. Also I would like to thank owner Mihalis and Irini. They was really the best hosts. They are very friendly and helpfull of any of our wishes. Even at night when my child was sick they found for us doctor and bring him in the villa. This holidays we will keep in our hearts for many years. And the first place where we would be back will be this villa.

My name is Mihalis and together with my wife Irini we are owners of Irida villa. I was born in Heraklion, Crete and all my life I'm living in this wonderful place. I have very big and friendly greek family.
I'm working with tourist more than 20 years in jewelry shop in Hersonissos.
I was built my property in 2013 with much attention to detail and design, and care a lot my villa.
