About this property

POW HAUS: Modern Beaver Creek 2BR w/ Ski Access

POW HAUS is a recently renovated condominium directly across the street from Beaver Creek's Bear Lot shuttle. You can walk directly across the street to be whisked away to the ski lift. Total time to chair lift: 5-10 minutes! No need to drive and no need to pay for parking!
You will need a car to ski anywhere besides Beaver Creek (Vail, Copper, Breckinridge, Keystone, A-Basin). There is a bus that will take you to Vail for only $4 each way. We do also recommend a car for grocery shopping, etc.

We are only 1 mile away from Avon's city center, including the famous Westin Hotel. We are roughly a 10 minute walk to Nottingham Park, where you can swim and stand up paddle board all summer long. Lastly, an amazing restaurant called Agave as well as a nail salon and liquor store are directly across the street.

POW Haus was super convenient, cozy and so thoughtfully well stocked. It took us less than 5 min to walk in our boots across HWY 6 to Bear Lot for the one quick stop to Beaver Creek Landing, where we can easily hop on the Lower BC lift minus the backed up lines at the village. The communication w the owners was superb. Remember to register the car!! Totally appreciated the wonderuflly comfy bed in the master suite. The kids had no complaints about the bunk beds. The pull out couch was not comfy when pulled out (the springs are insistent!), but perfectly comfy when not pulled out. Fireplace was a nice touch on a cold night. Best of all, honestly, was the well stocked kitchen! There was salt, pepper, and even olive oil and some spices. The coffee maker and hot water kettle saved the mornings and evenings. KItchen had all the pots and utensils we needed, and thank you owners for supplying the dishwashing detergent! We've stayed many vacation spots, and this was THE BEST supplied unit in which we've ever stayed. It's not a big place, but there was ample room for our family of four.

Convenient cozy Beaver Creek Condo

Lovely, cozy and tastefully decorated two- bedroom two bath, garden level condo convenient to free shuttle to Beaver Creek. The owners were bery accommodating and the condo had everything we needed for a nice ski vacation. Neighbors were a bit noisy from front room but bedrooms were quiet and bedding was very comfortable.

Best Condo in Beaver Creek!

This condo is off the charts amazing! It's beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and super clean. Being across from the BC Shuttle meant we could grab our skis out of the condo locker and be on the slopes in minutes! Having a restaurant to walk to helped as well on the nights we did not want to cook. After great days on the mountain it was nice to come home to two bathrooms, a fireplace and comfy beds. Our new favorite place to stay when skiing Beaver Creek!!!

Everything was awesome. Just make sure to register your car as soon as possible. We didnt have a problem with it, and it is clearly talked about in the house rules, but some of us dont read all of the rules LOL . Great people, great place..

Perfect spot for our family adventure

What a great little spot for our family of 4. The property was very clean and comfortable. Perfect set up for two adults and two kiddos. Close to everything we wanted to do in and around town. Kitchen had everything we needed to prep meals and the bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner which was nice since we forgot ours. Owners were great at communicating check in and check out and even checked in with us during our stay. Fantastic property at a fantastic price. We will very likely book this spot again in the future.
