This cozy newly remodeled 2BD / 2B is a perfect spot for a family or friends ski or summer vacation offering comfort, all the amenities, style, and ....location, location, location!!!! Convenience is key!! Across the street is the Beaver Creek Resort Bear Lot where you can take the bus and be skiing within minutes. Buses to Vail (15-20 min) and Avon Town Center (2min) also available; where you can find great restaurants and shopping.

Sleeping arrangements:
-Master bedroom: 1 king bed
-Second bedroom: a twin day bed with twin trundle bed (2 twins)

***Condo located on the 3rd floor (no elevators in the buildings)***
*** If the booking is 10 days or more an extra cleaning fee will be charge for a mid stay cleaning ***
***NO AC , fan in the kitchen, and each bedroom***

Great place/location

This condo made for a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, and the unit was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The check-in process was smooth, and the address was easy to find. We loved our time here—it felt like home, and we would happily return.

Avon , next to Bear lot

The location directly across the street from the Bear lot is fantastic and the condo is very clean with all you need! The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are well appointed. The sleeping arrangements are great for a family. I would highly recommended this beautiful home. The host was very quick to respond as well.

Disappointed

It was very a very warm three weeks with no air conditioning or fans. Learned it was on the third floor with no elevator when we arrive. My husband is 80 & I’m 76.

Wonderful place with everything

We had a great time here. Nice clean accomodations. Ceiling fans in all the right places, updated bathrooms and kitchen, big screen TV. Clear communication with our host. In a part of the state where rentals of any kind are pretty steep, this place presented tremendous value and fine quality. We would come back here in an instant.

Condo was perfect for our family ski vacation.

Property was very nice and conveniently located across from bear lot for beaver creek. Everything was clean, updated , well stocked and organized and labeled. Everything was done perfect. Thanks for opening your ho.e to our family.

Cozy and cute

Condo is updated and very nice and had everything you need in the kitchen and bath. Bed was comfortable. If there is any negative, it’s on the 3rd story and stays very warm in the evening. But would definitely stay again! Thank You!

Amazing!

This was a wonderful place! Attention is clearly given to every detail by the host. I had to make several changes to my reservation and every reply was fast and so kind and helpful. This is an absolutely wonderful place. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend it.

We are very excited to share our newly remodel condo in this charming town of Avon, we choose this place because its location! In the winter just take a bus and you can ski in Beaver Creek or Vail resort. In the summer enjoy golfing, concerts, festivals, and other fun events going on.
Avon also has great restaurants .... we are food lovers too!
My wife worked hard to redesign the spaces to make it a beautiful, functional and comfortable place. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
