Sandy Key is one of the largest beach front properties in the Florida Panhandle with over 790 feet of beach front. Our newly painted and furnished unit has a large private balcony overlooking sandy white beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Perdido Key was rated as the top 5 beaches by Conde Nast. Sandy Key is just a few minutes walk to the Gulf Island National Seashore with beautiful sand dunes and a variety of wildlife. Balcony sunrises and sunsets are stunning!

Our condo has been completely remodeled and refurnished including custom draperies, flat screen HD TV's are in both bedrooms and living room. DVD provided in living room also. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit. Beautifully decorated kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances and all kitchen essentials provided. For your convenience a full size washer and dryer are provided in the condo.

Sandy Key has two swimming pools, one heated, a hot tub, exercise room and tennis courts and the most beautiful beach on the Key.

We provide all linens including bedding, bath and kitchen towels. We suggest you bring beach towels. This is our personal condo that we think you will truly enjoy!

About Beth and Charles Metrailer

We have been been vacationing at Sandy Key since 1989 and decided to purchase our own unit in 2009 .Our unit is on the 8th floor of building three. You will find Sandy Key a very family oriented Condo Complex. With the large beach frontage, the density on our beach is very low especially compared to other condo especially on the holidays.

Wonderful place to stay while in Perdido Key!

Booking this condo was easy and we received a quick response from the owners. The owners were extremely helpful and did a great job in communicating to ensure we had the keys and information for our stay on time.

Once we arrived, we were impressed with the exclusive, gated community and the cleanliness of the entire property, especially the condo. Our family felt safe and relaxed. Sandy Key staff were helpful and friendly. We loved the pools and the fact that most of the people who were on the beach were Sandy Key families.

The condo was stocked with coffee maker, laundry units, towels and dishes. We did have to bring our own detergents, TP, paper towels and beach towels, but that was not a big deal. We were glad to see that this condo was close to many restaurants, beach shops, gas stations and grocery stores. Our family will be back to this condo in paradise! Loved it!

The condo was very nice and is in an area that is convenient but not too crowded. Updated and roomy, everything you need is included down to beach equipment. Great owners to work with and they made things easy.

Beautiful Family Vacation Getaway!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The condo is decorated very nicely with a serene, nautical feel to it. It is well maintained, super clean, and the beds/pillows/bedding were all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware, and bakeware- all you really need to supply are the groceries and pantry spices/seasonings. The condo was very roomy and comfortable for our family and we enjoyed our time there. Having access to a storage area on the ground floor is also very convenient with the kiddos and trying to get stuff to the beach. I loved that! The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend booking this condo!

Perfect Beach Getaway!!

This is the second year in a row my family and I have enjoyed this lovely beachfront condo. The location is excellent - great for families with plenty to do and gorgeous beaches, but not too crowded. The condo itself is meticulously maintained, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. This year we noticed the sofas were new and had been replaced. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need, and the view from the balcony is just dreamy!! The owners are very responsive to all questions and inquiries, and provide helpful information before arrival to assist you during your stay. This condo is definitely a place we will be returning. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone looking for a beach vacation!
