We had a wonderful time. Perfect place for seven girlfriends. Property was clean and comfortable, the balcony overlooked the water and the breeze was always blowing. The pools and hot tub were nice. The beach was any easy access and you can rent umbrella and beach chairs on site. We really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend for some one wanting to stay there.

The condo was as advertised. It was clean and nicely furnished. We had a large group (5 adults and 4 kids) and we fit nicely. I would definitely consider staying in this unit again.

Why they chose this property

I chose to buy this unit because of the open floor plan and great location of the building. It is located just over the entrance into Perdido Key and has a great spot on the beach! The water is clear and simply beautiful yet the beach does not get too crowded. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are more well-known but Perdido Key is so close to both yet far enough away to separate itself from their crowds.

What makes this property unique


The floor plan is wide-open, bright and provides the perfect feel for a vacation. Two wrap around balconies ensure that you and your family are going to have plenty of room to view the sites and sounds of the Gulf (when you are not in it of course!). The dual master suite setup is perfect for all parties but especially when two families travel down together. The children can have a room with two full beds and the pullout couch all to themselves while the adults each get their own master suite! The views are jaw-dropping, the unit is beyond anything else in this building, we provide the best service we possibly can and we offer this all at a very reasonable rate. There is no reason for you to suffer through a bad vacation, book our slice of paradise and guarantee yourself fun, sun and relaxation!
