Located in the very heart of the historic Village of Pinehurst, this unique, completely renovated condo is well-appointed with comfortable luxury. You are within 5 minutes walking distance to great dining, entertainment, shopping and a truly unique experience. The condo is located just upstairs from the well-known Dugan's Pub, around the corner from the Roast Office coffee shop, and a short walk to the Spa at Pinehurst and Pinehurst Brewing Company.

The Corner Store just below the apartment carries many local food and beverage items - including local beers and wines - as well as other local fare and convenience items.

Each bedroom has a king size bed, with a twin trundle bed in one bedroom for accommodating two more people. The living room, bedrooms and the loft all have 60" wall-mount TVs. Free WiFi is available. Incredible location. Well appointed and super clean. Can’t be at a better location without being at resort. There are some stairs to transverse for those that have mobility issues. Also it is above a bar so if street noise and muffled music doesn’t bother you (which we don’t care) then it’s perfect. Front BR probably much quieter but we chose the one with the bathroom. Cute loft area and great host.

This is an amazing place! The location is very convenient to Carolina Hotel and other resort properties, Pinehurst CC, Village Church, and several very nice local shops. Communication and property access were easy. The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Would 10/10 stay here again.
