Great family vacation

It was a nice home, the only complaint was the ice maker was very slow making ice and only making just a little ice at a time, overall we would rent again

The house is immaculate. It has everything you need for a family vacation

Our family had an amazing time and would stay again. There is more than enough room to accommodate a family. The amenities are nice as well and there re plenty of restuarants in the area. I would recommend that you stay after the construction in the subdivision is complete. Outside of that I would recommend to anyone.

Needs updates and maintenance

The house was a great layout for a lot of people to stay. However, the couches are broken down and need replacing and two of the mattresses the one in the master and the one upstairs needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable nights. The rest of the mattresses seem to be OK. Lightbulbs were burned out clocks didn’t have batteries. This unit needs more attention.

Lake view house

The house was beautiful,there was plenty of room for my party we were 13 in all. However, the games in the game room need updating it had a tv that didn’t work. The furniture could use some updating as well. We were excited for the movie room but unfortunately the equipment didn’t work so that was a BIG let down. Two of the upstairs bedrooms had bed bugs and that was the biggest let down of all. The pool side furniture needs updating as well. The location was perfect, there was plenty of parking. Coming in and out was easy and there was plenty to do close by. I give it a rating of 6/10.

Large beautiful home

We loved the home! So much room for everyone and very comfortable. Loved the location so that only had neighbors on the sides and not right behind like some others have. We had great communication before arrival and all went smoothly. The only problem we had was the pool. We paid extra to have it heated. When we arrived obviously it was cold but when turning on the spa pool, hot water flowed over to pool to help heat it up a little. Unfortunately the pool circulation was never turned on so on our Saturday Pm the spa failed to turn on at all and both pool and spa turned cold. I wish I had noticed the pool not circulating sooner. I only figured this out when the neighbors on both sides arrived and saw that when they were not in pool, it was still circulating, which ours was not. I called before closing and got maintenance to answer and come out. Maintenance looked at pool temp and left. Never to return or call to inform us of what was going on. I left repeated messages but no call backs. Matter was discussed with rental company after our stay and money for pool heat was refunded thankfully. Still curious why we weren’t provided any details from maintenance after the call came out. We lost the pool use for the last day due to it being too cold for kids so check that pool is on and circulating before running the spa!! Other than that we loved the house

Wear and Tear and Unclean

The house location and layout were great. It fit our party well and if it had been clean, serviced and all things in working order, it would have been perfect. The space in the house is fantastic for a group and the location was idea. It took 40 minutes to get through the front gate on day one. After that we used the back gate. When arriving, the cleaning crew was still there at 4pm and we had to wait to check in. The towels we found in the closet were folded and soaking wet. We had to dry them. We had to wash the comforter in one bedroom because it was still dirty with what we hope was food. There were sucker sticks stuck to the bed frames in one room and a ring pop half eaten on the window sill. Sinks in one bathroom barely drained and the shower water trickled out. The outside back deck chairs are not able to be used because the cushions have puddles of standing mildewy water on them and several smelled moldy. But that didn't matter because for the first two days it was too loud to sit outside as the neighbor's pool pump was ridiculously loud - you had to shout to talk over it. The first night, the rooms on that side of the house were so loud from the pump it was difficult to sleep. It took two days to get it fixed. The house does not come stocked with much - very little toilet paper, no dish cloths or towels for the kitchen, no dish soap or dishwater soap and one trash bag. This property could be amazing - the bones are there...

Great house for a large family

Overall our experience was excellent. The house is absolutely fantastic and in a great position We had a few issues during our 3 weeks. Firstly we had paid for the pool to be heated but it was not switched on for the first 2 days. Then it broke for the last 5 days and was too cold for the children to use. The aircon upstairs failed on heat on the Saturday and it was not possible to get any assistance from the property manager, thankfully we managed to reprogram using you tube. The qr code reader on the gate closest to the house was never working and this caused a lot of issues for people getting in. But despite these issues overall the experience was very enjoyable. I would recommend this house but some of the management issues need to be resolved

Hey, my wife, Janis, sent her review, but I’m adding in. The check-in instructions said nothing about first entering on Windermere at the guard shack to obtain the car entrance card. Then, the code to use at the front door did not include instructions to push the lower left button (check mark) to open the lock, nor to push the lower right button (star) when leaving to lock the bolt. With four cars coming at spread out times this added a lot of confusion until we all figured it out. Also, waving the car card under the reader at the gate was confusing to all the cars trying to get in. The resort should improve the card reader, and get a beep u can hear when it activates. As it was, it caused a lot of back-ups at the gate. loved your place, and whoever had the 5’+ alligator visit right outside in the water on Christmas morning did good!

Floridian Getaway

The house was beautiful- went upstairs and truly enjoyed how large it felt. The pictures do not do it justice. There were several of us with plenty of room to socially distance and have separate bathrooms. Pool & outdoor seating area roomy. We bought a grill and had room to set up and converse & exchange grill tips with neighbors who were grilling on their patio. Overall was clean and as described but would recommend checking vanity lightbulbs in the bathrooms as well as looking above eye level when cleaning. There was some silly string in a few places from people who stayed before us - but that was more of a cool - someone else had fun this year moment. Game room: a couple of holes in pool table, no chalk & cues a bit warped (but if were that into pool should have brought our own so shame on us!) We were looking forward to watching football in the game room but the big screen TV was broken. We did not find out until Sat morning & I am sure if I had insisted a new one would have been brought out but still plenty of other TV's to watch so was not anything that ruined our trip. Theatre Room - we could only get to work with DVD's rather than be able to stream anything & we had several tech savvy people attempt. Possibly have a how to manual available. But room itself is nice & seats very comfortable. Conveniently close to gas stations, stores and restaurants. A lovely place for a getaway for people who need time away during these still crazy Covid times!

Property management is poor

Checked in late due to house not being cleaned and ready. We finished the laundry for the maid. Pool was dirty and low (found 3 pieces of gum, marijuana, dirty diapers and filth all outside). Pool stopped heating and never got fixed. Property management company was very bad to deal with.

Great Rental

The home was just as described and it fit our family of 16 perfectly, the pool and spa were heated and great patio sitting area. Home was near all attractions so very convenient location!! Would recommend for a family vacation!!

Terrible communication nice villa

Just arrived home from the villa can’t fault the property great location for the theme parks, had to drop the star rating due to poor communication from the management when we had a problem with the hot tub and pool heat, we had just 7 nights in the villa and paid for the pool heating,it was switched on on Saturday after the previous guests left so wasn’t quite warm until Sunday then Monday broke and after 3 days of trying to get it sorted eventually got put back on Thursday then took till Friday to get back to heat again and then we left Saturday morning. Tried getting in touch for a refund of the days it was off they just ignore any emails went through, at The daily rate charged for a week for 48 hours of heat great at letting you know when they want money from you not so good when there’s a problem

Less than great communication but great house

Wonderful property. Perfect for multiple families, especially with kids. Close to Disney parks. Would have given it 5 stars but I felt the communication with the management company was less than stellar, which stressed me out prior to the trip. But once we were there, everything was great

We were traveling for business with a group of 7. This house was fantastic because it allowed personal space for everyone, openness and there was plenty of room for all of us to be in the same room at any time. Home is beautiful. Heads up - no extra toilet paper, paper towels or regular towels. Bring supplies. Very centrally located and close to all shopping needs.
