This Beachfront II unit has recently been updated with a full remodel completed in March of 2018 and is ready for your vacation.

Beachfront II is in a quiet area and just a 1/2 Block walk to the most beautiful Sugar white sand beach anywhere on the Emerald Coast. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves crash on the shore from the fourth floor balcony.

Our condo is located on the south or ocean side of the scenic Highway 30A with Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach just to our west and Watersound, Alys and Rosemary Beach just to our east. This area is most commonly referred to as "the Beaches of South Walton" and was named "The Best Family Beach in 2016" by Travel Channel and "The Best Beach on Earth for Families" by Travel and Leisure Magazine.

There's almost 20 miles of bike paths along scenic 30A & the adjoining communities

This Condo is overlooking the pool and Gazebo

This unit is set up perfectly for you and your loved ones here on 30A: the kitchen space is totally furnished with everything imaginable for that gourmet cook in the family & has plenty of cabinetry and counter space, as well as a full-size refrigerator & ice maker, microwave, & convection oven & flat top stove and a breakfast bar with seating for three, as well as a dining table that seats 4. The full bath includes a Glass tub/shower combo, and is made complete with its extended counter space, plus storage and drawers underneath.

The loft bedroom area has a 2 spacious queen beds with plenty of storage drawers underneath each bed.

There is also a 32" flat screen TV w/ cable in the Loft area

The living room has comfortable new Sleeper sofa & Lounge chair for relaxing as well as a 47" flat screen smart TV w/ cable & DVR box for your viewing convience in addition to a DVD Player as well as Free Net Flix for your viewing pleasure!!!

You will find everything you need in this well-appointed unit!

Easy access to the large, community pool just steps or an elevator ride away!

We also furnish Guest with

2 nautica Beach chairs

A nautica Beach Umbrella

& a Rolling portable igloo

ice chest, and a lot of misc previous guest left overbeach toys

i.e.: fish nets, football, sand buckets, boogie boards, etc

Even a portable air pump so that you don't pass out trying to blow-up those Beach & Pool Floatation Devices!!!

Our condo location is truly unique in that we are bordered by the wooded and undeveloped 1700 acre Deer Lake State Park which is bordered to the north by scenic Highway 30A and goes all the way south to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

From the 2 minute walk to the beach from our condo, you can walk east for over a mile on

the most beautiful, secluded beach with nothing but wildlife, sand dunes, and "Old Florida" scenery like nowhere else between Destin and Panama City Beach, Florida.

Deer Lake is a very rare Sand Dune lake, set in the most picturesque scenery, in addition to being a wildlife sanctuary.

Beachfront II condominiums is a dog friendly complex and so is our condo with the payment of a pet fee, & we do provide a dog walking station & area.

This cozy unit is minutes away from restaurants, shops, quaint coffee spots, live music, and more! You are sure to leave with memories you will never forget!!!

Comfortable and nicely decorated condo short walk to the beach

We had a very nice time on our stay. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We loved that we could bring our dog. Owners were helpful and quickly responded to our texts. It’s not beach front but the walk to the beach is very short. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided and that was really nice. Very short drive to Seaside which has beach front restaurants and shops. Also would recommend the breakfast restaurant, Crackings. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Renovated Unit

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our unit. It was beautiful and even better than the pictures! The decor was new and updated and very beachy. We loved it! The area that the beachfront units are in is remote. It’s set back off the main road and is very quiet. The walk to the beach is very short and they provide chairs and an umbrella which is a big plus.

There are many good restaurants around the Sea Grove area. We really enjoyed a new Mexican restaurant called Mi Casita. It is fairly new and is just a couple miles down the road. Village Marketplace is a good lunch choice. Try the Grouper Po Boy! We also like The Hub. They have something going on every night and is very family friendly...but watch out...food and drinks are pricey!

We have been to Destin several several times and we love 30A so much more because you are away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic and commercialism. Charles was very easy to work with and communicated very well. Overall this was a great stay, and we cant wait to come back!

Perfect first 30A vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! We had never been to the beaches along 30A so we weren’t exactly sure where to stay. This condo is in the perfect location! It’s nice and private, not congested at all. The beach is just a couple minute walk down a road that is not very busy. I would suggest bringing a wagon to haul your beach stuff down. Our kids would need a break from the beach and would often want to go to the pool at the condo. The condo itself was super cute! Loved the decor! I really cannot say enough good things about this place! We already can’t wait to go back!
