Bienvenido a Pinnacle Port, un pequeño y tranquilo rincón del mundo con hermosas arenas blancas y aguas cristalinas. Este condominio ideal para familias en el edificio C2 (altura media) se encuentra en el primer piso para facilitar el acceso a la playa y al estacionamiento ubicado en una comunidad cerrada con seguridad las 24 horas. El condominio de dos habitaciones tiene dos baños completos, una lavadora / secadora y Wi-Fi. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una nueva cama king y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales nuevas con un nido. Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana. No se permite fumar ni mascotas. Los inquilinos deben tener 25 años o más.

Pinnacle Port tiene mucho que ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes. Hay una piscina al aire libre y una piscina climatizada cubierta / descubierta. Los deportes al aire libre incluyen cuatro canchas de tejo, cuatro canchas de tenis iluminadas y una cancha de baloncesto. Hay parrillas al aire libre disponibles para su uso con algunas mesas de picnic. También hay un parque infantil en el lugar. Hay canoas, kayaks y un bote de remos para usar en el lago Powell. Un puerto deportivo y un embarcadero también está disponible para los huéspedes. Pesca desde los muelles está disponible con una licencia de pesca de Florida.

Carillon Beach está adyacente a Pinnacle Port dentro de la comunidad cerrada. Hay tiendas en Market Street que incluyen un spa y restaurantes. También hay entretenimiento de temporada en vivo en el centro de Carillon.

Great Vacay

The property was beautiful, well kept, and easy to get around. There were plenty of activities for the kids (tennis courts, basketball court, swing set, etc) if they got tired of the beach or pools. It was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but easy to get to restaurants and shopping! I have 3 kiddos (11-6-3) and they all enjoyed it!

We always love staying at Pinnacle Port. It is quiet and has an away from it all feel. This unit was spotless and well-furnished. Very beachy feel with a great view! The owner was very quick to communicate and respond.

Excellent!

This was our first time at Pinnacle Port, and we loved it! We especially loved being in one of the smaller buildings, on the ground level, which was very convenient. I will miss my morning coffee on the porch overlooking the gulf.

LOVED OUR STAY! IT WAS SO MUCH NEEDED AND THIS PLACE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED PLUS MORE. LOCATION WAS PERFECT. IN BETWEEN THE BUSY OF PCB OR RIGHT OVER THE BRIDGE TO THE QUAINT ROSEMARY BEACH. WE PLAN TO RETURN ASAP.

Very nice place

Very nice condo with a great location. The air conditioning was out, but the owner had portable AC units and it stayed nice and cool. She was upfront about the issue which was nice. We would stay again.

Girl Trip

A friend and I car for a quick beach getaway. I love Pinnacle Port, and this is my favorite condo so far with the ground floor and great view, as well as easy beach access. We loved having the chair set-up service. Thank you for a great place!

Slice of paradise

A well-equipped condo in an amazing community, just steps from the beach. Perfect for the little ones and the adults! The sliding glass door to the balcony is a little hard to open, and the condo could use more rugs in the living room, but overall a 5/5 stay. Also, the chair service and umbrella is a huge plus!

Wonderful stay!

Our 1st visit to Carillon/Pinnacle Port. We absolutely loved the family friendly atmosphere. The unit is so close to the pool and beach. The kitchen is well stocked. Being on the first floor was very convenient. Although Pinnacle Port is an older development, its very well maintained. Will definitely return!

A perfect condo with easy access and beautiful beach view

Great location and ground floor was really convenient. Close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Loved that we were in within a gated community. Beach was gorgeous with social distancing going well re: COVID. We felt lucky to have landed in such a perfect spot during this scary time. A much-needed retreat for our family! Thank you, Carolyn.

Nice Last Minute Get-A-Way!

We enjoyed our much needed getaway to Pinnacle Port. The unit is in a great location on the ground floor and very nice. Love the decor. Just a walk around the building and we were on the beach. Carolyn is great and fast with communication. Although we have never met I feel like we’ve known each other for years. Hope to return again one day. Thanks for everything.

Great ground level condo

This two bedroom condo was great! Easy access to the beach, pools, tennis courts and docks. We stayed two weeks and had everything we needed in the kitchen including a full size fridge, pots, pans, some spices and coffee filters and more. Plenty of towels and some cleaning supplies as well. We will definitely stay here again. Pinnacle Port is the quiet end of the beach with no rowdy spring breakers, yet there's plenty to enjoy! 30a is two miles away and there are great restaurants in either direction from the gated entrance. Love West Panama City Beach!

Great

One of the most conveniently located condos you could ask for! As a family with small kids & lots of toys we lug to the beach, this was perfect. It’s on the ground floor, and the beach access is literally 20 steps from the door. The included beach chair/umbrella service was nice too. These are labeled with condo numbers to eliminate guesswork & “claiming” them. The condo is well stocked for families who cook. Great straightforward rental from which to enjoy your trip!

Great Place to stay’

Nice condo, well equipped. There were a few draw backs which were not the owners fault, but would deter us from renting again at this particular condo. Guest bedroom window is right by the sidewalk and elevator which was very loud when people were waiting on the elevator. The condo above us was under construction and a constant 8:00am wake up call with power tools. We did have a good time as long as we stayed in the master bedroom, family room or on the patio. Very nice art work and the owners checked up on us midway through our stay. Love Pinnacle Port! Thank you!

My sister and I stayed Sept 10-16th at this unbelievable condo on the beach. Two beds, two baths, great kitchen with everything you'd need to make meals, a great living area and oh, the balcony! It had sand dunes and tall grasses as you looked and heard the gulf. The sunsets were perfect watching from the condo. It was ground floor and you literally walked out, turned right for a few steps and walked onto the sand walkway to the beach. The beach chair/umbrella set up that came with the condo was ready and waiting for us every morning and we loved sitting there hours, playing in the water, using the inner tubes in the condo to splash and float for so much fun. One day we were even treated to Florida Wildlife digging up a Green Sea Turtle nest to be sure all the hatchlings had gotten out and there were THREE babies in the hole, which were brought around in a cooler for all the see. A real surprise. This was truly a vacation at the beach to remember. There were so many friendly people staying in this area that we swapped stories about how wonderful this place was. Truly a wonderful stay~

Great location.

This property was great. The location was fantastic. Right on the beach, the view was fantastic. The property provided pretty much every essential you could need, even though we brought our own. It even had sand toys and boogie boards for the kids to use. I would highly recommend this property.

EXCELLENT VACATION

The condo felt like a Home away from home. When you first come to Pinnacle Port you drive through Security Gate (very simple) The resort is private which we love and gives you & your family a feeling of safety. Pinnacle port has multiple Pools, tennis courts and it has its own little Cafe at the pool which is really good. Outside the condo It’s close to everything for Grocery shopping (2 stores within minutes) and more restaurants than you can pick. But more importantly to us the condo had everything we needed to be super comfortable. The condo is also on the first floor which makes easy Access. One of things my wife and I will probably miss the most is the porch because of the sound & view of the ocean, amazing!! We are definitely going to stay here again next year.
