Beautiful, newly-remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath private home in sunny Hermosa Beach!
We just remodeled our downstairs unit and would love to host your party in this beautiful home with ocean views from the backyard! There is a 30 day minimum stay per Hermosa Beach law, please contact me directly if you have any questions about this.
This unit is 0.5 miles from the beach, you can walk down our street directly to the sand! We are within walking distance to Trader Joe's, Vons, numerous bars, and some of our favorite restaurants. This home features an open floor plan with full kitchen, separate bedroom with the most comfortable Queen sized bed and luxurious bedding, beautiful *heated* bathroom with stand-up shower, full access to the backyard with BBQ grill, also with AC and heating! One of my favorite features of the unit is being able to step through the French Doors opening into the backyard. It's so lovely to sit out there on the patio furniture to experience the peace and tranquility of staying so close to the beach!

- Complete kitchen with everything you need to make meals at home (pots, pans, utensils)

- New full-sized High Efficiency Maytag washer and dryer
- Double-paned glass windows to ensure ultimate privacy
- Mitsubishi AC split unit to control air and heat
- High speed internet
- Living room has state-of-the-art flat screen TV with Roku and Fios with HBO
- Spacious bathroom with stand-up glass shower, bathroom can be heated for your comfort!
- Motion sensor lights around the house for well-lit, safe walkways
- For your trips away from home, please enjoy our beach amenities including beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs
We are so excited to be able to share the beauty of Hermosa Beach with you! The owners of the home live in the upstairs unit but the downstairs unit is its own entity, you have your own entrance. We are available for anything you need, we're just a call/text away.
