UPDATED WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN: the kitchen has polished stone countertops and special lighting. All major kitchen appliances and a dishwasher are included. All pots and pans, dishes and utensils are available to let you make homemade meals during your stay.
GREAT VIEW FROM 19TH FLOOR: Large balcony with a great mountain view and Denver skyline views! The large living room/dining room opens to the balcony with an incredible view of Front Range Mountains of Colorado Rockies!
AWESOME LOCATION: The high riser is located close to everything: Performing Arts Center is around the corner, Larimer Square and the 16th Street Mall are steps away! The building has several restaurants and other conveniences including a hair salon, nail salon, art gallery, and convenience store (Seven/Eleven).
PARKING AVAILABLE for a fee: there's plenty of street parking and garage spaces with secured parking and a parking attendant.
AMENITIES: Building amenities include 24/7 Concierge and fitness center, business office, game room with billiard and poker table, laundry room with plenty of coin-operated washers and dryers and a rooftop sundeck and heated swimming pool available May - September.

We have been living in Colorado for the last 24 years. We live in a suburban area but visit Denver often to enjoy big-city nightlife and amenities. We like the proximity to the Denver Center for the Preforming Arts, all sports venues, Jazz clubs, Comedy Club, museums, restaurants and other entertainments. CU, MSU and other colleges and Universities within a walking distance. A lot of hospitals and clinics are also nearby.
