Summary:

This modern escape is bustling with stylish decor and lovable amenities. From brand-new TVs, a dedicated workstation, blazing-fast wifi, travel essentials, and a bar cart to a fitness center and grills, this unit makes you feel right at home. It sleeps a total of 4 people with 1 king and 1 queen bed plus a couch. A short walk to Larimer Square, Union Station, Coors Field, and all that downtown Denver has to offer. Only a 2 hour drive to the mountains and ski country.



Other Things to Note:

A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the Airbnb app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable.



*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.

*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

Property looks better in photos than in person. They did a great job with the photography. Hosts thought of a lot of details that were nice and unexpected (hair ties, makeup remover, toothpaste) but there were expected things that were missing (laundry detergent, coffee other than decaf) so I had to ask them a lot of questions. They were responsive, and had missing items delivered downstairs, but my time was tightly booked during my stay, I didn't have time to pick up the items, and it was a hassle contacting them so much. I would have preferred not having the surprise items and having the other items as expected.

Great spot in downtown Denver. Easy walk to Coors Field and lots of great restaurants. We used this as our home base for our trip to CO and traveled to Boulder, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, all a little over an hour drive. Building staff were very helpful. Hunter made things very easy and was a pleasure to communicate with. This place has a lot of little extras you don't always get such as extra phone chargers, little toothpastes, and a few kitchen supplies. We did cook and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We would highly recommend if you are looking to stay downtown.

Great alternative to booking a hotel. Building was quiet, safe, and secure. Easily walkable to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and cute, and spacious. I highly recommend!

Comfortable condo in excellent location

The location of this condo is excellent. It's in a quiet building and walkable to restaurants. We felt quite safe walking around, mindful that Denver is a city. The included secure garage parking with a dedicated space was helpful since we had our car with us for our cross country trip. It's close to the train station and so is a great option for travelers arriving by train.The condo is attractively furnished and thoughtfully equipped. It is a very comfortable space with plenty of room for our family of 3. We didn't want for anything and were surprised at just how considerate the hosts were of anticipating guests' needs. There is even an insulated picnic backpack all kitted up! The closet and bathroom had plenty of space for us to place our belongings. This condo is a great option for short or long stays. Communication with Hunter was always quick and easy. :-) Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed. Wifi was quite strong.If we travel to Denver again, we will absolutely look to book this property again!

Denver Adventure

The space was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and in a great location. Reserved parking was a huge plus. The location is right in the heart of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment, and still close enough to outdoor activities outside the city. Would definitely stay again!

Poorly handled with a major issue

3/10 Broken AC June 23, 2024 The apartment was located in a good location, however we had a bad experience at the Modern Escape. We arrived to see a temporary AC unit set up in the living room and the entire unit was uncomfortable. We were not notified of this prior to our stay, so we immediately notified the owner. The owner informed us they were aware of this issue and told us that it was supposed to have been corrected the day before our arrival. The temporary solution (which left a18” x 6” open gap in the window, and was still in place after our departure 3 days later, and the owners response to this situation was that “life happens”. We are avid travelers and completely understand that these things happen, but considering we could not sleep and were uncomfortable for our entire duration, we felt this situation was not handled properly. When asked if we could receive a partial refund, the owner offered a very marginal discount and refused to issue until we wrote a positive review. It has been three weeks with no refund that the owner agreed to.

Excellent

Perfect location in the middle of everything Denver! Comfy beds, stocked kitchen/bath, free parking and great view. Walking distance to all the great restaurants. Staff on site were wonderful as well.
