House surrounded by nature, with swimming pool

Located in Drôme Provençale, in a landscape of hills of safres, holm oaks and pines, surrounded by nature, 3km from the village of Rousset les vignes (26) and 5 km from the town of Valréas (84), the gîte 'Les Safres' is a house completely restored in 2014, in a modern style. The place is very quiet, and has a charming small pool 10m from the house protected by a barrier.
The house, in the loft style, has a large room of 45m2 which is an American living room / kitchen, very bright with a large picture window. A mezzanine of 25 m2 overlooks it, in two rooms under slopes including a closed bedroom with two small beds (or a single large bed of your choice), and an open space where there are two extra beds and a desk. Downstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with Italian shower, and the toilet. The place is very quiet and isolated from neighboring houses and far from the road.
The climate of the region is very often beautiful, and the house is available all year round. This furnished accommodation is classified 3 stars

Silence and relaxation

We received a very friendly welcome and everything was well prepared. A big thank you to Agnès, David and Danielle. As the vacation home is situated on a very large private property, we were completely undisturbed and could really enjoy the peace and quiet around us. We would love to come back!

Ferienhaus mit Privatem Pool genau das war es und dazu einfach genial, die Lage ist super und der Pool hat uns an den heißen Tagen das Leben versüßt. Heerlijk plekje!

Danielle, de gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Huisje was aangenaam. Prijs/kwaliteit niet echt in verhouding ,wat betreft voorzieningen. 2 douchelakens voor 6 dagen ! badkamerkastjes waren allemaal leeg, leg daar een stapel handdoeken etc. in en ook bijvoorbeeld wasmiddel. Het zwembad(je!!) kan wel een grondige opknapbeurt gebruiken!

Schönes Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur

Mit Vogelgezwitscher aufwachen und einschlafen. Keine störenden Geräusche. So kann man in diesem schönen Ferienhaus Urlaub verbringen. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein und der Pool bietet eine gute Abkühlung. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen. Es war gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und wir bekamen Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Die Landschaft dort ist traumhaft schön, ebenso die vielen alten Dörfer. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Le titre résume fort bien mas vacances. Le gîte est fonctionnel,très beau avec des possibilités de promenades à l’infini. La piscine est très agréable pour se rafraîchir. J’ai pu me reposer et me ressourcer dans un endroit paisible.

Endroit calme et reposant, maison très agréable Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée, toutes les commodités étaient là. La terrasse permettait de profiter de beaux couchers de soleil. Seul bémol : il faut emmener les ordures aux poubelles du village.

En plein nature

Top ! En plein nature, c’est vraiment ce qui caractérise le lieu, pas de chemin balisé depuis le gîte mais on peut crapahuter sur les collines environnantes, l’escalier pour l’accès aux couchages du haut est plutôt raide, il faut le descendre dans le même sens que la monté et ça va , la maison est simple et harmonieuse. Nous y avons passé une semaine d’hiver géniale !

Ein Paradies!!!

So stellt man sich Urlaub in Frankreich vor!!! Das schöne Haus liegt abgelegen von von jeglichem Tourismus in einer herrlichen Natur. Der erste Kaffee am Morgen, das letzte Glas Wein am Abend sind mit dem Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ein wahrer Genuss. Direkt hinter dem Haus führen kleine Wege den Berg hinauf zu den bizarren, safrangelben Felsen, die leicht zu erreichen sind. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit ist die Lage ideal um entweder die netten Orte der Umgebung zu erkunden, in den zahlreichen Flüssen zu baden oder die Berglandschaft zu genießen. Selbst ungeübte Radfahrer können morgens problemlos mit dem Rad im nächsten Örtchen Saint-Pantaléons-les-Vignes ihr Baguette holen. Das gibt es allerdings nur vormittags in der Post. Die Fahrräder können im kleinen Schuppen neben dem Haus regensicher abgestellt werden. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten im großen Supermarkt von Valréas. Nach den Ausflügen in die Umgebung bietet der sehr gepflegte Pool eine tolle Erfrischung. Wir sind des Öfteren gar nicht weggefahren und haben einfach unter den Bäumen oder am Pool die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Landschaft vor Ort ist einfach wunderschön. Warum also in die Ferne schweifen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht.Von der Waschmaschine bis zum Induktionsherd, alles perfekt. Es ist lichtdurchflutet, lässt sich aber gut abdunkeln, so dass es auch an sehr heißen Tagen angenehm kühl ist. Von der Küche aus hat man wieder diesen traumhaften Blick in die Natur. Im Wohnbereich liegen zahlreiche Prospekte, Wanderkarten und Informationen aus, die einen Reiseführer überflüssig machen und wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Termine für verschiedenen Märkte und Gastronomien liefern. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von Danièle empfangen, die uns alle Dinge sehr gut erklärt hat. Sie, aber auch die Vermieterin Agnès, waren jederzeit telefonisch oder über Mail erreichbar, falls Bedarf gewesen wäre. Ansonsten konnten wir absolut ungestört und in vollkommener Ruhe unseren Urlaub genießen. Les Safres ist als Ferienziel kaum zu überbieten. Einfach Perfekt!!! Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Le gîte est idéalement placé au départ de plusieurs sentiers de rando. La vue y est magnifique et la colline de safres juste derrière le gîte est fortement conseillée à découvrir! Tout est parfait!
