This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath downstairs condo at the Purple Parrot Village Resort located in a secluded area of the resort. This condo comfortably sleeps a family of no more than 2 adults. The living room is equipped with a television, DVD player, and internet. | | The bedroom also contains a queen bed, television and DVD player. The kitchen is fully furnished and this vacation home includes a washer and dryer in the condo.

~ The Purple Parrot Tiki Bar & Grill will be closing seasonally this year for the cooler months and will not reopen until February 1, 2026. The pool and other amenities will remain open and available for guest and owner use. We do not operate the Tiki Bar, so for further updates, please check the Purple Parrot Tiki Bar & Grill’s Facebook page: ~

Perfect location

We have loved visiting Johson Beach in past years. This is the best location for being so close to the park entrance. We enjoyed this playfully decorated home away from home. Having the dryer, pool, and hot tub was a big plus. We will be back.

Great Location with Great Amenities!

We came down to visit our Son who is stationed at NAS Pensacola. Compared to hotel rates, this condo was a MUCH better option and offered some significant savings and a lot more comfort. The property was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. There is a large outdoor pool with a hot tub and an indoor pool and hot tub as well! The outdoor pool is right next to the Tiki bar and grill. We really liked having a stacked washer and dryer in the unit, making it very convenient and would even allow someone to travel a bit lighter because of the ease of doing your laundry. We will definitely plan to stay there again when we are back in the area again!

Stay at Purple Parrot

My sister and I enjoyed our stay; however, weather did not cooperate. The unit was nice and comfortable. I reported to the property manager that the TV in the bedroom was missing. Also, the commode "hangs up" when flushed. Just jiggle handle and it works OK.

Great Vale

I stayed on the first floor of a two story house on pylons. The reason I mention this as the renters upstairs sounds like "Thumper" of "Bambi" fame. that given my rental was clean and extremely well organized and the management company was always friendly and helpful. The big bonuses were: the location .6 miles to National seashore, availability of a fitness center across the street that also included a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi and the price. One other downside was the cockroach found in the bathroom who made a home underneath the sink(:. another plus would be the numerous activities available within a very short distance.

Purple Parrot getaway

Unit was nice and clean. Only complaint was no parking spaces directly in front of unit. Staff was very courteous.
