Hi Krislyn, I’m sorry you had troubles with the dishwasher and the coffee maker. We did check on the coffee maker and it was working, perhaps an outlet was tripped or maybe it’s operation should also be included. Either way we are sorry for the inconvenience. We are always looking to improve, so we will be adding a welcome guide to the property which we plan to have instructions and guides to help guests get familiar and settle in. We are sorry to hear about things being left behind, that is certainly not up to our standards. Our cleaners have taken very good care of us for many years and typically our reviews compliment our level of cleanliness. I have immediately addressed this concern with our cleaners to make sure we maintain our high standard. As for parking, guests should be aware that street parking is first come first serve and when there are events in town parking can get crowded. We recommend that if street parking is full directly in front of the building, that guest look for parking on McKinley or the public parking lot at the corner or McKinley and Flume.
