Amazing Villa

This Villa was amazing. It is in a really peaceful location yet only 3 minutes walk to the centre of Lajares where there are lots of places to eat. Julia was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Villa

Villa is as described (if not better) and is really well equipped and furnished to a high standard. Lovely outside space and pool. Host/manager was really easy to deal with. Location is great to drive to El Cotillo or Correlejo and to walk to bakery and restaurants in Lahares. Had a great time!

Excellent villa in a perfect location

The villa is spotlessly clean in an ideal location. It is well equipped, well located and well managed. Nothing was too much trouble for our host who was battling external water supply issues. We have every intention of returning again and again. The only 'surprise' was that the shower for the upstairs bedroom is hand-held above the bath. A slight niggle, but nothing to stop us returning to the perfect spot.

Great Villa, Great location

This is our second time in Lajares so we already knew what a great friendly and laid back location it is with options for eating and drinking and not too far from other resorts, should you need to venture out. However, this villa has everything for this location, it is perfectly situated only about 100yds down a quiet lane to the centre of the village and yet far enough to maintain its privacy and tranquility. The villa itself is truly stunning and has everything for those wanting to relax in a private modern and clean environment. Not sure why previous reviewers mention the chilly pool unless they did not pay for the extra for pool heating. Julie was really helpful and there if you need anything and the cool bottle of 'El Grifo' we received on arrival was very welcome. Overall this is the best villa we have stayed in Fuerteventura and we will be returning.

Amazing villa

I Just got back from a week in this villa and it is every bit as good as the pictures suggest. I have been renting villas on the island for over 15 years and this is the 2nd villa I have rented in Lajares. It is by far the best we have stayed at. The villa is very modern and very clean, with the outdoor spaces being very private. The master bedroom has its own private outdoor space which is really nice to sit out while the sun rises in the morning. Being in Lajares it is very peaceful and relaxing but only a couple of minutes walk to the main road through Lajares where there is a bakery and a supermarket as well as a number of nice places to eat and drink. Being in Larajes means you are only a 15min drive to either El Cotillo or Corralejo and just a 10 minute drive on to Villaverde where there is a really good tapas restaurant. I will definitely be booking here again. PS. There is a little black cat that visits every morning that doesn't like too much human contact but really appreciates it if you leave a little bowl of food and water for it.

Splendid! Maravillosa! Schitterend!

Met ons gezin beleefden we een schitterende vakantie in de villa van Julie. Het huis is tip top in orde zowel binnen als buiten. Het zal je er aan niks ontbreken. De ontvangst was ook hartelijk. Het huis ligt in het dorp Lajares, rustig en toch kortbij alles (12 minuten met wagen naar Corralejo). We gaan zeker eens terug!Con nuestra familia, pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas en la villa de Julie. La casa es completamente en orden tanto dentro como fuera. No le faltará de nada. Nos sentimos los beinvenidos. La casa esta en el pueblo de Lajares, tranquilo pero cerca de todo (12 minutos en coche a Corralejo). ¡Volveremos sin duda!With our family we had a wonderful holiday in Julie's villa. The house is in perfest state both inside and outside. You will lack nothing. The welcome was also warm. Tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Wir haben wunderbare drei Wochen in diesem luxuriösen Haus in Lajares verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit Julie war perfekt. Die Nähe zu den kleinen Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants ist ein weiteres Plus. Am Wochenende bekommt man bei offenen Fenstern ein bisschen was vom Trubel in einer ein paar hundert Meter entfernten Bar mit, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Für 6 Personen sind die Badezimmermöglichkeiten etwas klein. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist schön groß. Die Villa liegt auf einer leichten Anhöhe und ist von keiner Stelle einzusehen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Ziegengemecker, das Hahnenkrähen morgens um 3 Uhr, das zahlreiche Hundegebell hat mich als Hundebesitzerin kaum gestört. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, zum Strand benötigt man schon ein Auto. Mit dem Mietwagen die Insel zu erkunden ist sehr lohnenswert.

thank you for your feedback, it seems to me however inappropriate in your comment to judge the house for 6 people when you were only 2. this villa has been studied for a family or couples, friends, in no case for 7 years we have been confronted with such comment. Goat, cat, dog, rooster, Lajares is a rural village, we live in the heart of nature, some winds (especially the West wind) brought you the sound to the garden but we still do not live in the middle of a backyard. we hope you enjoyed your stay.

We had a fantastic time staying here. The villa is a lovely place to relax and has great facilities. The pool area is lovely and it was a great place to relax. The location is perfect. We loved walking in to Lajares in the evening. We tried most of the local restaurants and they were all great. Also, a good location to go into El Cotillo or Correlejo if you have a car. Both only 10 minutes away. The local bakery and the ice cream place were great to pop to during the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic luxury villa

We had the most amazing week at this beautiful villa. We had everything we needed and we’re able to fully relax in luxury! The villa is beautifully designed, taking account of the wind, sun and views. The location is excellent . The best villa we’ve stayed in in Lajares. Julie was an excellent, helpful and friendly host too. We’d love to stay again.

Nous avons passé deux semaines superbes à la casa Julianoa. La villa est très bien située ( proche du village mais au calme) . Tout était parfait tant l’aménagement intérieur qu’extérieur. La villa est très joliment décorée et très agréable (superbe vue depuis la terrasse de la chambre principale !) De plus, Lajares est un village très animé où l’on trouve de très sympathiques restaurants, mais aussi boulangeries et supermarchés. On recommande vivement.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Villa. Es war genauso wunderschön wie beim ersten Mal. Man erholt sich nach kurzer Zeit. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Lajares und Umgebung hat trotz seiner geringen Größe einiges zu bieten. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen...

Dream Get-Away!

If you are looking for the perfect get away, you will not find anything better than this villa in Lajares. The villa is perfect for couples, families or friends with well designed areas to rest and spacious community areas. The pool, the outside area as well as the super well equipped kitchen were the highlights of our stay! To top it all of, you get a super cool host who is super responsive and helped us a lot with making our stay perfect! I would book this again any time! :)

Die Villa hat alles, was für erholsame Ferien nötig ist. So kann man Strand und einen Nachmittag mit im Pool tobenden Kindern prima kombinieren. Lajares ist dafür auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Entspannte Ferien in Lajares

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Der Pool war herrlich warm und die Küche ausgezeichnet ausgerüstet. Während dem Aufenthalt teilte uns Julie Topadressen zu Restaurants mit. Wir waren in diversen empfohlenen Restaurants in Lajares und Umgebung und können diese nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen (Rojo Tomato, los Pirates und la vaca azul). Danke Julie für Alles!

Amazing villa and great location!

What an amazing villa! It literally has everything you need and is minutes away from bars, cafes, restaurants and lovely boutique shops! Being in Lajares you are 10 minutes away from the beaches of El Cotilla and the shops, port and nightlife of Corralejo. The villa is beautifully presented, there is plenty of storage, a fab salt water pool, an amazing kitchen and airy bedrooms. Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return!!
