Holiday stay

A perfect place to unwind as a family of 5. All the facilities you need and located close enough to walk to all the popular spots. Honestly you can’t go wrong.

Very confortable

The Apartment is very confortable, the terrace right in front of the pool so if you go with kids, it is possible to be checking them while relaxing. The location is five minutes walking from the sea.

First class apartment

Just back from a marvellous 10 day stay at this superb apartment. Communication with owner and local representatives was first class. Apartment is ideally situated a short walk from the Arenal beach area with all its shops and restaurants. Accommodation is super with ground floor offering easy access to a beautiful pool. Equipment levels are also top notch and owner has created a true home from home for her guests. It is easy to see why guest book in apartment reflects so many returning guests and we certainly plan to return. Special mention to Kerry and Stephen owner’s local representatives who quickly and cheerfully resolved a couple of issues which arose during our stay.

Menorca apartment holiday..

We have just spent 13 days in this apartment,and have to say,we couldn’t fault the place. Everything you would need,and more,is all at hand in the accommodation,and having the pool (which never got busy)right outside the gate,was a real bonus. Loads of Bar’s and restaurants within walking distance on the arenal,but was a bit of a slog in 35 degrees heat!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Jávea,be it a couple,or larger family,plenty of room,and 3 bathrooms was a real bonus.Any questions we had prior,and during our stay,were swiftly replied to,from Cathy,the apartment owner. Would love to return one day.

Un séjour très agréable dans un appartement parfait

15 jours vraiment super à Javea dans cet appartement vraiment parfait où il ne manque rien. Tout est très propre et le fait d'être en rez-de-chaussée est très agréable. En plus la piscine est vraiment située juste en face de l'appartement. Cela fait 2 fois que nous louons, peut être reviendrons nous encore une 3ème fois, sait-on jamais....

Home from Home (but with sun!)

This is a great apartment equipped with everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. You can arrive, unpack and get the holiday started. The pool is great and very quiet if you don't want to stray far but there is a wonderful beach very near too. Plenty of supermarkets to choose from and the local market on Thursdays is great for fresh produce. The Arenal at night is relaxed and balmy with plenty of bars and restaurants for all tastes. A great place to sit with a wee wine and people watch or to stroll along to walk off a great meal. We will be back this year for the third time........Cannae wait! Bob & Val, Edinburgh

Our second year in Menorca apartments

A well equipped and luxurious two story apartment located adjacent to the pool. Everything you need and aircon is a big bonus when nights are hot. Plenty of supermarkets close by and a short walk to the beaches and arenal night life. There are many English families who are regulars there which creates a great family gathering - but also very respectful and quiet . Can't wait to go again next year ! Cathy is very accommodating ! Plenty to do and some great local restaurants - try it !

Lovely apartment

Very nice apartment, done out with everything you could want. Pool right out side the door never to many people in it. Bit of a walk to beach each day, but well worth ..Took a trip to Denia on ferry from port good day out. Also bus to beach and Port not far from apartments. Mixed age group

What a fabulous holiday!

This was our first visit to Javea - the appartment was wonderful, so well equipped and beautifully furnished. The pool is just a few steps away surrounded by well manicured lawns. We were on holiday with our teenage daughters and loved it so much we intend to return in 2012. The appartment, location and facilities were faultless.....and the sun was glorious!

Wish we were here

We have now visited the apartment on numerous occasions and love it. We have been as a family of four, with grandparents in tow and with friends. Javea has something for everyone, old town, beach and marina and a day trip to Valencia is easily done. The apartment couldn't be more homely and has everything you could need. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Appartment

Had a brilliant holiday in Javea, Appartment was spotless, modern and better equipped than our home !! Lovely quiet pool with nice surroundings. Beach a stones throw away and the arenal was the perfect walk after a filling meal and a few drinks. Lots of things to do but also quiet enough to relax. Loved going to the old town and the harbour areas (local bus service was very reliable). Valencia is well worth the short trip too !!! Can't wait to go back !!!

Hello... we are now enjoying retirement - Douglas from his own electrical contracting business and me from commercial Radio and we are certainly enjoying and embracing all that this lifestyle has to offer. We recently bought a Motorhome so have been travelling a good bit more than normal. When we're not travelling we live in Edinburgh.

We love Javea and all it has to offer. The climate is great and there's plenty to do no matter what you enjoy. Valencia is an hour up the road and we love visiting there for the culture and shopping.....of course! We hope you will love the area as much as we do.
We have travelled to Javea from all parts of Spain, flying into different airports and driving to the apartment. So far we have seen Seville, Granada, Bilbao, San Sebastian, Zaragoza, Madrid and Toledo. We find this is a great way to see the country, but still get to spend time in Javea and enjoy the apartment.

We visit Javea as often as possible and want the apartment to have all the comforts of home to save us taking big cases.
A lot of attention to detail has gone into making the apartment stand out with lots of little touches that make it special.
It is modern, clean, very well looked after and well stocked - making it a very enjoyable relaxing holiday. Kerry - the lady that looks after our apartment lives 2 doors away and is always on hand to help or offer advice if needed. Kerry has been living in the complex for a number of years and knows much about the area.
We have many repeat bookings with some of our guests returning each year.
