Golden Gardens Zen Apartment IV is a modern apartment with terrace, air conditioning and free wifi. Located in the exclusive Golden Gardens residence, it offers three communal swimming pools, for adults and children, impressive gardens with lawn. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 6 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Arenal de Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.



Accommodation

This modern and bright 110m² apartment is decorated with exquisite taste and care, using natural elements that induce relaxation. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers comfort for up to 6 people.



Distributed on a single level, it has a fully equipped independent kitchen with modern appliances and complete utensils, including fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, plates and bowls. The spacious living room features an elegant wooden dining table and a comfortable chaise longue sofa, accompanied by a flat-screen satellite TV and free WiFi access. Double doors open to a wonderful terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The accommodation includes a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a second double bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a trundle bed. Additionally, it has another full bathroom with a shower for greater guest comfort.



Outside, the complex boasts three communal swimming pools, for both adults and children, and meticulously maintained gardens. Enjoy the tranquillity of this residence, located just 5 minutes' walk from the famous Arenal beach. This accommodation is the perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home in a serene and attractive setting.

Situation

The establishment is located just 600 m from the sandy beach of Playa del Arenal and 1 km from the rocky beach of Playa del Montañar. It is also close to all services, at a distance of 500 m from supermarkets, bars, beach bars, a post office, a pharmacy, several banks and shops. It is located 9 km from the Golf Course "Club de Golf de Jávea", 49 km from the theme park "Terra Mítica" and 98 km from the airport "Alicante Airport".

Lovely apartment

Great location , not too far from the arenal. Clean & tidy apartment. Unfortunately there was a smell of drains in the main bathroom. Parking space was very difficult to manoeuvre into so we used parking along the roadside. Otherwise a lovely week with family in Javea.

Even though we had only 4 sets of towels and sheets for 5 persons, it was corrected immediately. An additional set of keys (there is only 1) would be desirable. Additional set of keys.

Waren schon mehrfach in Jabea kennen auch die Anlage durch frühere Aufenthalte. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und toll ausgestattet. Parkplatz in der Garage ist für größere Autos etwas eng. Aber sicher. Praktisch zum Ein- und Ausladen. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war top. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Prima Infos vor Abreise per WhatsApp. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend geantwortet. Toller Service. War dort gerne Gast.

Superbe résidence moderne

La résidence est très bien située, la piscine est agréable et les gens respectueux. C’était très calme. Par contre, nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la place de parking en sous-sol car la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. Dommage alors qu’il était compris dans la prestation que nous avons payé.
