Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for almost 2 months, and everything was wonderful. The property is clean and well maintained. Very comfortable. The location is great! The owner is friendly and very easy to communicate with. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Venice.

Winter in Venice

We stayed in this small cottage for 3 months and enjoyed our stay. This property is across from the regional airport but we had no problems with airport sounds and enjoyed all the planes and helicopters we saw. The traffic noise with people speeding was annoying at times but the location is fantastic for hopping on your bike and riding to the beach or downtown Venice. We enjoyed our time and met nice neighbors who are full time residents.

Great location close to bike trails and beaches. Short ride or drive to town for great food and cute shops. Very comfy place to stay in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful beach vacation rental!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay thanks to the owner! Steve was so friendly and accommodating. He responded immediately whenever we had a question. His place is a beautiful gem and wonderful spot for a beach getaway! This spacious, ground floor, recently updated unit is perfect for an extended stay in a great location that is close to the beach, restaurants, and to the charming downtown Venice shops. You can walk, ride a bike, or drive a minute or two to most anywhere you want to go. Also, parking is right outside the door. Having two TV’s, full-size appliances and our own washer/dryer was an added bonus. We highly recommend booking this treasure, and look forward to our next trip!!!
