A haven of peace on the outskirts of Montpellier (10 minutes from the center) and 15 minutes from the beaches (Carnon)
Close to shops and Tram (8mn walk)
We offer a villa of 250 sqm on one level, air conditioned, pleasant to live on 2500m ² of land on the edge of pine forest in a residential area at the bottom of a dead end.
Her garden, complete with a swimming pool (11 * 7) in an exotic delight you, and great beach will allow you to relax in the company of cicadas.
The house also benefits from a large terrace of 75m ² sheltered, facing the swimming pool, with its barbecue, its plancha, ideal to taste grills and to spend beautiful evenings with family or friends.
Direct access to the pine forest you will consider departures for hiking on foot or by bike (provision of ATV 4 adults, 1 VTC, VTT 1 child)
We also leave you many games for children and can lend you a cot for baby.
The property is large enough to park several vehicles.
