Family Friendly Adirondack Home Near Big Moose Lake.

**New Township Permit regulations limit us to 7 guests maximum**
Cozy Adirondack home on an acre of wooded land near Big Moose Lake. Peaceful and surrounded by nature yet close to town and many activities. Near Big Moose Inn, Duffy's at the Glenmore, Dunn's Marina and Big Moose Chapel. Enjoy hiking many nearby trails, boating & fishing or take a short drive to the towns of Inlet & Old Forge for shopping and exploring. Or choose to relax in a rocking chair by the garden with butterflies and hummingbirds and enjoy the view.

This immaculate home includes a spacious great room with kitchen, dining area and living room with propane fireplace. Three bedrooms are right down the hall with a full bath in the hall and a half bath off the master bedroom. A large loft is upstairs. The breezeway offers extra space for quiet relaxation or a space for the kids to play games on a rainy day. Enjoy meals on the front porch by the garden with picnic table and rocking chairs. Sit around the campfire at night, make s'mores and check out the stars.

Directions: From Rt 28, take Big Moose Rd Approx 5 Miles. You will be getting close when you pass the firehouse with the sneakers on the line above. You’ll pass the Big Moose Inn, Dunn’s Boat Svc and the Chapel. When you pass the gravel parking lot for the Chapel on your left, we are the second driveway on your left.

Note: We have a camera on the garage that looks down the driveway to the street.

Wonderful camp in the woods

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this private, quiet spot in the woods. The property manager was very responsive each time we communicated with her. The camp was well stocked and very clean.We really hope to go back again!

Big Moose Lake

Came in for a weekend and the whole family was able to stay at this cabin. It was extremely accommodating and only a short walk to the Glenmore. We loved this place and highly recommend it if you're looking for a nice quiet get away.

Holiday Weekend getaway

Well kept, well stocked cabin. Beautiful scenery around cabin, close drive to inlet and old forge activities (lakes , hikes, and Enchanted Forest/Water Safari!!Loved this cabin: enjoying a morning coffee and late night smores by the Campfire or curling up in the cabin by the gas fireplace with a good book i felt at home. Kids loved all the board games too!

A Great and Beautiful Place To Stay

The house was very roomy and comfortable. I had my children and grandchildren with me 11 of us all together. We had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We were there in late November and there was snow but they kept the drive plowed out. The property was beautiful. Being in Big Moose it is a little out of the way, but we would stay there again for sure.

Creekside Retreat - Big Mooose

We had a wonderful week. The house was very comfortable and a great size for the 8 of us. It was in a quiet and peaceful location but close to all the things we wanted to do. We had the added bonus of seeing deer, rabbits and wild turkeys! This is a wonderful place to stay and we hope to do it again soon.

Bill and Karen are from the Philadelphia area and have enjoyed vacationing in the Adirondacks for many years. They fell in love with the Big Moose Lake area over the last few years with it's peaceful beauty yet close proximity to the busier towns of Old Forge and Inlet. The best of both worlds! They finally made the leap and purchased this home in 2016. They are happy to open their home to guests so that others may enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
