The home has been renovated to offer privacy for groups and to allow ease for entertaining. The location is ideal for enjoying the cultural and outdoor amenities in Roanoke.

Trip "home" for family event.
Traveling home for my Mother's 94th birthday, we wanted to spend time in the neighborhood of my childhood. The Stone House was the perfect place! The renovation of this historic home was top notch. A perfect mix of old and new made it just like home. The home has everything you need to be comfortable without having to run out to the store for necessities. They are already there! Just a walk across the Memorial Bridge to see my Dad's homeplace that was built by his parents, and then our home after they passed was interesting, even to our grandchildren. Then it's short walk to Grandin Village for movies, dining, and shopping. This home is one of a kind and the owner's make it welcoming, so much so you won't want to leave. We will definately be back!
Christa took care of us. Had a hiccup with the showers not working but response was quick and everything was restored in an hour. Appreciated the response. Our group had an excellent planning session.
The perfect location for a party or gathering! Open, beautiful and comfortable with everything you need.
Beautiful, very well appointed home!
The Stone House is a beautiful home filled with items from Black Dog Salvage. Krista made our visit even better with her personal service! We will definitely return!!
30th birthday bliss
We got together with family for my wife’s 30th birthday. This was the perfect place to do that. Even with a large number of people in the house, it still felt comfortable and homey. All of the attention to detail in the house is amazing. The house is beautiful. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We are already talking about coming back. What a wonderful experience.
Conveniently located to downtown Roanoke and Historic Grandin Village, with miles of biking, hiking, and river trails accessible by the adjacent Roanoke River Greenway. The Stone House is ideal for enjoying urban conveniences and outdoor adventure.
