Ty Green is a comfortable 40 m2 furnished Villa in the heart of the Golf de la Valdaine in Montboucher-sur-Jabron in Drôme Provençale.
Capacity 4-6 people: 2 bedrooms (new bedding), living room-kitchen (with convertible sofa), bathroom, separate WC,
New fitted kitchen fully equipped with large oven, ceramic hob (4 fireplaces), large fridge-freezer, microwave, 32 '' flat screen TV with internet box, air conditioning.
1 cellar (for bicycle storage or golf equipment ...) with washing machine.
Private garden with trees of 200 m2 maintained by a landscaper and terrace with pergolas, garden furniture, deckchairs, private barbecue
Parking space in front of the house,
Swimming pool at 50m (direct access to the heart of the residence without road to cross) of 7m by 12m in condominium very uncrowded (from May to September). Ground of collective balls.
Departure from the golf course and club house a few minutes walk from the house.
Shops nearby. Tennis court, restaurant on the estate.

Excellent property

Very clean, well kept and well equipped. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was available. Host was very helpful and was on hand if needed. Pool was conveniently placed and very clean and we were fortunate enough to be able to use it for 3 weeks of of our 4 week stay in September. Would definitely recommend this as a good get away.

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour, site trés calme, dans une région magnifique.Logement propre et pratique, rien ne manque. Espace jardin avec terrasse. Nous n'avons pas pu profitez de la piscine, dommage.Aucuns probléme pour trouvez le logement, les renseignements fournis par le propriétaire étaient largement suffissants. Ty green

Gîtes très bien équipé, propre et correspondant a l'annonce. Un petit rafraîchissement de l'espace extérieur (meubles et terrasse) serait bien et peut-être proposer une plancha électrique (pas trop cher en commerce) a la place du bbq. Très bon séjour dans le gîte Ty Green.

Heel goed, huis was compleet en heerlijk koel ondanks de buitentemperatuur boven de 30 Ook de tuin had ieder moment van de dag wel een schaduwplekje. Zwembad om de hoek.Prachtig om te fietsen met veel fietspaden.

Merci encore à Aymeric et Béatrice pour leur accueil, leur réactivité et tous leurs bons conseils de visite ! Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines dans la Drôme ! La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien située pour sillonner les environs. Et la piscine est un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée :-)

Mooie locatie in diverse omgeving

Het huis was zeer compleet ingericht en voorzien van alle voorzieningen. Het is gelegen op een mooi ( golf) park. Het ligt in de drôme en vlakbij de Ardèche. Daarom een mooi punt om van alles in de omgeving te bekijken. Gastvrouw en heer waren erg prettig in de contacten. Geen minpunten.

Sehr hübsch eingerichtetes Häuschen mit schönem Gartensitzplatz. Gute Ausstattung - alles vorhanden für den Ferienaufenthalt. Gepflegter Pool. Ruhige Lage. Für uns genau so, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben - alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Aufmerksamer, sympathischer Gastgeber. Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Couldn't ask for a better experience

The hosts went out of their way to not only make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, but they helped me with French administrative items - getting car insurance, paperwork for my carte vitale, etc. They even loaned me a bicycle! Above and beyond anything that one might expect.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette jolie maison très fonctionnelle où vous trouverez tout le nécessaire. La propriété est très calme, l’accès à la piscine vraiment à quelques mètres; très peu de monde autour de la piscine, elle est presque privée ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et avides de vous donner de bons conseils pour visiter leur belle région. La situation de la maison est idéale. Aucun point négatif ! Nous recommandons vivement !

logement sympa très propre avec air conditionné et excellente literie y compris pour le canapé-lit

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans ce logis de deux chambres (excellente literie avec draps fournis), une salle d'eau (douche et évier) un WC séparé et une pièce de vie avec canapé lit très confortable, une cuisine équipée, une TV et avec en plus de l'air conditionné très apprécié. Le jardin est suffisamment vaste et est agrémenté d'un arbre donnant de l'ombre sur une partie du jardin. Il y a aussi un espace de rangements fermant à clé et un barbecue Non loin du logement il y a une piscine commune au groupe de résidences et qui n'est pas du tout "bondée" Les charmants propriétaires habitent dans le domaine et sont à la disposition des résidents en cas de problème.
