We have a large family and this beach house was very accommodating. Also, only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The host was easy to reach. Next time we plan to visit the Bolivar peninsula, we will book with Changes in Latitudes again.

This was a wonderful family friendly place to stay. We lived the fenced in back yard for yhe kids. The beds were comfy. The water was hot. I wish the kitchen was a tad bit bigger but overall the stay was great! Owners were very responsive to questions and we were able to use the lift for my handicap dad. and

Annual Family Beach trip - 2023

Great property for our large family of adult children and our grandkids. Beach access was an easy walk and there was a lot of parking for our vehicles including the golf cart that we rented. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The beach in that area was very clean. We all enjoyed our week!

We fell in love with the Tidelands subdivision because of its perfect balance: it’s quiet and family-oriented, yet incredibly close to everything. Being on the 2nd row means you get the best of both worlds—stunning Gulf views and a much shorter walk to the sand than most homes. We also love that the neighborhood is golf-cart friendly and close to local favorite spots for fresh seafood and live music.
