Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the Tidelands subdivision because of its perfect balance: it’s quiet and family-oriented, yet incredibly close to everything. Being on the 2nd row means you get the best of both worlds—stunning Gulf views and a much shorter walk to the sand than most homes. We also love that the neighborhood is golf-cart friendly and close to local favorite spots for fresh seafood and live music.
What makes this property unique
What truly sets 'Changes in Latitudes' apart is the layout and the views. Most beach houses have one 'good' room, but here, three of our four bedrooms open directly onto the upper deck. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight outside for your morning coffee is a game-changer. Plus, our fully fenced yard and pet-friendly policy mean the whole family—including the four-legged members—can enjoy the beach safely.
