Stunning! This place was absolutely beautiful! I loved being able to just walk out and be on the beach! Communication with the property owner was so easy and the check-in/check out process was so simple. We absolutely loved this place! We did not want to leave. Loved it! Will def be back! Thank you!

Gilchrist home is perfect! If you want beach front, this is your spot. You will be steps from ocean, the amazing sounds early morning are unforgettable. The home is filled with beautiful furniture and comfortable beds. Kitchen fully stocked. Decor is lovely. Patio has charm and great views! My family and I enjoyed the holiday weekend. Owner was always available. Owner has gone the extra mile for us, much appreciated. Restaurants and The Big Store are a short drive away. Thank you!!!!

Our host Mark was great. We loved the house and the area is very laid back, so relaxing and just spending family time together was a blessing. We will be back for sure.

Perfect Getaway!

Three old friends hanging out and relaxing. Sitting on the deck sipping cocktails, watching the "Strawberry Moon", feeling the breeze from the Gulf and hearing the sweet roar of the surf. It doesn't get much better! The house is beautiful and immaculate. We were there in the middle of the week and it was very quiet and peaceful. We will be back!!!

Serendipity!!

This Beach home was the Absolute perfect one for us. Almost impossible to find any equal that is also Pet friendly. So many thought out amenities included at this Wonderful home. Mark the Owner was super accommodating. Eager to know our stay was pleasant, and perfect!!.. Give yourself the ultimate Beach experience by staying here!!.. You won’t regret it!!.. Great property for a family!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. *Note, our trip was one week after Hurricane Beryl, so we know there are some things out of the property manager's control (like the crazy amount of mosquitos). 5 Stars: -Location & Neighborhood: Less than a minute walk to the beach. -Check-in process: super easy & accurate info before check in date. -Communication with the property manager: quick responses (before & during our stay). 4 Stars -Accuracy of the listing: The inside was updated and looked great. However, there was a 3"-4" layer of sand under the house that made parking tricky and the outdoor shower and bbq area hard to use. The beach is also much wider now, as the hurricane took out the sand dunes. 3 Stars -Cleanliness of Property: The property was mostly clean, but there were somethings that were incomplete. There was some laundry left in the washer, a couple of dead bugs and a very dusty intake vent. When we messaged the property manager, he found out that his cleaning crew had to leave early due to an illness so they didn't get a chance to finish. The sand was not cleaned during our stay. We also had ants and a bee come in the house. We noticed bees buzzing around one corner of the house when we first arrived. The ants came in on day 3. What to know: -Kitchen is WELL equipped, but no storage for groceries. -Access to hose both downstairs & upstairs. Super convenient! -Parking area is a tight fit for trucks. -About 20 stairs up to the house.
