We enjoyed our stay at this nice location with a nice comfortable house. It would likely be perfect for a large gathering with children.We were a group of eight adults who were a bit disappointed by the lack of attention to detail for our circumstance. Specifically, more coffee cups, more cutlery, a gas grille or at least some briquettes for the charcoal grille, and larger beds would have greatly improved our total experience.

Beautiful Home

This was the perfect house for our group of five women. We each had our own bedroom and there were plenty of bathrooms! 😂 The lake view was nice and the location to downtown Burlington was excellent. Highly recommend!

A relaxing (and productive) work retreat!

Our team of five wanted to go off site for a work retreat and this house was perfect. A great place for everyone to stay and more than enough space for us to all work and relax. We loved exploring the area in the afternoons/evenings (we went for hikes and apple picking) and had a really productive time working together at the house in the mornings! Would definitely recommend for others looking to do the same!

Perfect setting to make amazing memories

This is such an amazing place that's perfect for a getaway with friends or family, and made all the better by the welcoming host. Every step of the process, from check-in to check-out and everything in between, was seamless and easy. The house itself is fantastic for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the wonders of Vermont. The proximity to the water and ease to Burlington and the other amazing surrounding communities make it perfect.

Great stay with family and friends

We had a great stay here with our teenage daughter and our UVM student who came to visit as well. Some friends came to visit Burlington and the house had plenty of room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were good, owners were communicative and house was very clean. Easy 15 min drive to Burlington and close to Winooski as well. Not much of a beach across the street due to unusually high water levels this year but still good swimming. We went to North Beach and Leddy Beach instead and both were great in different ways. North has a snack stand and lifeguards while Leddy is more wooded with better parking. Easy walk to local park and marinas.

Great For Family Gatherings.

I think of this as being a place that should attract a high end customer. That said it fails in the area of supplies. Kitchen is poorly furnished for such a property. ( do not mean things should be high end only ample supply ) The toilet tissue was some of the worst I have come across, the lack of reasonable hand wash and body wash products ) They had a great guest book but it was not in an obvious place and we never saw until the end of our stay. Should be more prominent . The Nest was in an Ecco mode and therefore when we left during the day the temps dropped to 63 degree and the house took hours to warm up . ( I realize this was unusually cold weather but it is Vermont ) The 3rd floor almost never was warm enough . Again this would likely only be a problem during the type of cold we had. Tammy got back to me ASAP on any concern so she is great. I did not address the supply issues with her.. Think this is due possibly to the level of supplies she chose. Not sure .. In the end this is a Beautiful property and is likely especially good in the summer when you can take more advantage of the location and outdoor space.

Lovely experience at Mallett’s Bay

Property and area close to the water and downtown Burlington made for a great week. Issue at check-in was handled professionally by the owner herself and made everything right without hesitation. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Gorgeous Holiday Stay

This was the perfect stay for a family holiday gathering. The house is beautiful and the windows were all dressed with wreaths for the holiday. It was picture perfect. Plenty of amenities and comfortable living areas as well as beds. Tammy was helpful in planning our stay as well and easy to communicate with. The area cute and we were able to walk along the lake. Nice views of the lake from the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms. We all had a marvelous time and can’t wait to plan another trip back! A+

Beautiful home!

We recently stayed here for a family and friends Thanksgiving with 10 adults. The house is spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and linens and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook a wonderful meal. Short drive to Burlington's, Church Street. Every one had a great time! Do not hesitate to book this property!

Dream home..Even more beautiful than the pictures

This amazing property felt like home, it is the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. We stayed for a family Christmas. There was 3 generations in our group and everyone loved it. The kids loved the game room and the large back yard with soccer goal, the adults loved the amazing views, comfortable sofas and the most comfortable beds. This home had everything we want and much more. Will definitely stay here again, the host was really nice and very helpful, the whole process was quick and effortless.
