furnished villa of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 3 wcs, in a quiet, attractive, near the city center with caretaker at your disposal.
On site the manager of the villa will bring you all the necessary information during your stay. A contract is to read and sign.
Rent: 50 euros per night with charges included, deposit: 155 euros (refundable) at the end of the stay and a cleaning fee of 31 euros are deducted directly on the deposit for the cleanliness of the villa after your stay.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Bonjour, je partage tout entièrement cette appréciation charmante qui me donne envie d'aller découvrir l'Afrique centrale plus particulièrement Yaoundé . J'ai passé des moments mémorable dans cette villa pleine de vie en famille. la sécurité, le confort, la propreté et le calme sont les atouts principaux de cette propriété magnifique. Toutes les remarques faites ont été prises en compte par la propriétaire. et ont été résolues!!!! bravo. Un conseil, je vous la recommande vivement.

Ma famille et moi en provenance d'Allemagne avions passé de superbes vacances dans cette superbe villa! Toutes les descriptions mentionnées correspondent à 100%, le calme et la sécurité de la location sont un atout imbattable. Villa très propre, avec standing noble. Pas de coupure de courant ni d'eau. La propriétaire est également une femme très respectable et respectueuse.....que du bonheur !!!!! Je vous la recommande vivement! Qu'en à moi, je serais ravie d'avoir la villa toujours dispo pour nos vacances. ....👍👌
