Large single storey villa with swimming pool on 1000 m2 of land, in the village of Mireval (Natura 2000 protected natural areas), 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Montpellier. The house is located in a quiet area, has a large shaded and closed garden, ideal for family. 5 minutes from the garrigue (Gardiole mountain). Bikes available, barbecue, washing machine, WI-FI, TV, pétanque balls…. 4 lighted tennis courts 50m away. Large living room with American kitchen and picture windows overlooking the swimming pool. The 5 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 9 people (4 double beds and 1 single bed). Possibility of loaning a child's bed.
