Welcome to a golfers' paradise! Villa 4 STARS **** beautifully located in the heart of the Biscarrosse golf course. There are two 9 and 18 hole courses available.
The Domaine du Golf is ideal for walks in unspoiled and lush nature, offers direct access on foot to the Grand Lac and to the many cycle paths that can take you from the town to Arcachon via the beaches. The ocean and its sandy beaches is 5 minutes by car.
The villa with swimming pool classified 4 **** by the Departmental Committee of Tourism of the Landes, is ideally anchored a few minutes by car from the ocean beaches, at the edge of the Great Lake of Biscarrosse.
The villa is spacious, comfortable, bright and offers beautiful living spaces.
Its privileged and calm environment brings you the deserved rest after a dynamic and invigorating day spent on ocean beaches.
Located 20 km from the fabulous site of the Dune du Pyla, at the gates of Arcachon, and 50 minutes from the center of Bordeaux and its vineyards, the Villa is ideal for exploring the Aquitaine region.
The Villa is spacious, comfortable, functional and bright with beautiful volumes.
The large exotic terrace with barbecue area overlooks the swimming pool secured by a shutter and allows you to take your meals outside in complete discretion. The garden with palm trees, pines and oak is completely closed, ideal for children.
The entrance to the villa offers private parking for more than 2 vehicles.
You have the entire property at your disposal.

The large lake of Biscarrosse located 1 km from the house is the largest in the west of France. The happiness of young and old is there for swimming and fresh water games.
Biscarrosse is the central point of many cycle paths which will make you discover the prettiest places, going from the town to the ocean beaches passing by the lakes and the forest. We are by the sea and the cycling tours are very pleasant for the whole family.
Biscarrosse-plage, located 5 km from the house, is a small seaside resort with a fine sandy beach as far as the eye can see.
The rollers of the ocean are particularly invigorating and invigorating, and are a delight for winter sports enthusiasts. Many surfers come to display their talent in any season.

The Biscarrosse golf course is renowned for its luxuriant nature and the pleasure it releases throughout the 27-hole course.

Finally, if you wish to make a more distant excursion, Biscarrosse is located at 1h40 from Bayonne, fortified city close to the very famous seaside resort of Biarritz. Excellent location and pool was great. Close by the Lake where we spent most of our mornings as we could not take our dog to the beach. Very hot and could have done with some fans which were not available.

A fantastic house in a fantastic place. Just had 2 weeks at this lovely house. Was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a great family holiday. Owners were great and on hand to answer any questions etc. The area the house is on is a lovely development surrounded by a golf course. The pool area is fantastic and the pool was warm and clean. Overall an amazing family holiday.

Great family vacation

Very nice, very well kept property at Biscarosse Lac in a tranquil neighbor close to a golf course. Fabulous large porch as the best place to start the day with a morning coffee. Splendid heated pool, maintained weekly be a professional service, as well as the garden. House, extremely well equipped, in best shape. Wi-Fi, Apple TV as add ons. Beaches at the Atlantic are breath taking. Bordeaux, Medoc and Pays basque are all in a day's reach. We had a fantastic time in Biscarosse Lac and thank Mr and Mrs Plas for hosting us,

Disappointing

We booked to stay knowing the area and having stayed in other properties very close by. The house has lots of potential and could be fantastic, but needs a bit of loving care! We had various issues from the kitchen not being clean, an unpleasant smell in one of the bedrooms, issues with the pool and some appliances/equipment not working properly. It was a real shame. We ended up leaving after 2 nights instead of staying for the whole week as planned. I hope these issues are resolved and other people have a better experience.

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Pool und das vollkommen eingezäunte Grundstück waren super. Das Haus war, wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Schön wären ein paar Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel. Auch haben wir eine Klimaanlage vermisst, da es während unserem Aufenthalts sehr warm war und ein durchlüften, aufgrund von fehlenden Moskitonetzen, schlecht möglich ist. Die fehlende Klimaanlage war aber angegeben. Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegt, die Gegend ist ruhig. Zum nächsten Bäcker muss man allerdings 8 km mit dem Auto fahren. Der See wie auch der Meeresstrand bieten vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Der Golfplatz war aufgrund der anhaltenden Trockenheit nur bedingt brauchbar, für unser Können aber o.k. Der Garten und der Pool sind toll - wir haben den Pool täglich genutzt. Leider war das Haus bei der Ankunft nicht sauber. Der Vermieter hat aber nach der Reklamation umgehend reagiert, kam am Wochenende persönlich vorbei und hat eine neue Conciergefirma engagiert. Vielen Dank!

Great property tucked away between the town and the beach. Property was ideal - open plan and roomy. Pool and the shaded patio were great in the summer heatwave. The lake is nearby as is the beach. Cycle trails were also good. We had a very pleasant week.

Jolie maison au coeur du Golf de Biscarosse. Lac à proximité (10min en vélo). Biscarosse plage à (40min vélo électrique > beaucoup de montées-descentes entre les 2 points). Positif: - Calme garanti ! - Grande pièce à vivre et extérieurs très agréables. - Cuisine bien fournie Négatif: - peu ou pas de réseau téléphonique (Wifi OK) - pas de commerces à proximité - un sur matelas serait à prévoir pour les couples qui utilisent la chambre avec les 2 lits séparés. - transats piscine prévus pour 4, pas de coussins.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist geräumig, hat eine tolle Holzterrasse, einen großen Pool und schönen Garten. Die Lage ist sehr gut - ruhig, zehn Minuten zum Strand, 5 zum See. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell. Einziger Minuspunkt: Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus leider nicht sauber (nicht nur in wenigen Ecken, sondern eigentlich überall) und auch etwas abgewohnt, die Hausverwaltung hat schnell reagiert und nachgebessert.

Wir 4 Erwachsenen haben uns 9 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt, unser Hund auf dem umzäunten Gelände noch viel mehr! Das Haus liegt ausgesprochen ruhig und idyllisch, der Pool ist ein Genuss. Etwas störend sind die längeren Wege, um an ein Baguette zu kommen- man muss Alternativen haben. Toll ist der Weg zum Etang und auch zum Atlantik sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Wir überlegen, bald wieder zu buchen.

La réalité est à la hauteur des photos et du descriptif de présentation sur le site. La localisation de la maison est juste parfaite avec un jardin magnifique et très bien entretenu qui permet de bénéficier du soleil autour de la piscine du petit matin jusque tard le soir. La maison est très fonctionnelle et pratique et le voisinage relativement calme (en tout cas en Mai...) Une mention très spéciale pour les propriétaires qui sont d’une disponibilité, d’une réactivité et ont à cœur de faciliter vos vacances, votre bien être et la plénitude indispensable à un superbe séjour. Extraordinaire!!!!

Eine entspannte Urlaubswoche direkt auf dem Golfplatz!

Schönes und ruhiges Ferienhaus mitten auf dem Golfplatz. Wichtig ist hier ein Auto, damit man den See (5 Minuten) und Strand (15 Minuten) gut erreichen kann. Es gibt einen tollen und beheizten Pool, den man nachts abdecken kann. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, vor neugierigen Blicken von außen geschützt und damit auch sehr gut für Tiere geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend!
