Real Escapes Properties se enorgullece de ofrecer Belle Cottage, ubicada en la calle 15 en el vecindario de East Beach. Esta fabulosa casa de playa se mudó a su ubicación actual hace más de cincuenta años y fue restaurada con mucho cuidado y amorosamente hace unos años. La casa se encuentra a media cuadra del acceso a la playa de Inlet de Gould. Entras en la casa en la acogedora sala de estar con chimenea y televisor de pantalla plana grande. Esto conduce a la cocina y al comedor del chef. Hay un medio baño fuera de la cocina y una despensa. Más allá de la cocina en el piso principal, se encuentra el primer dormitorio principal con una cama King, TV y un amplio baño principal con plato de ducha de vidrio y una bañera de hidromasaje y tocadores dobles. Fuera de esta habitación también hay puertas que conducen a la zona de la piscina. El segundo maestro también está fuera de la cocina y tiene una cama king size, TV y baño completo con ducha de bañera. Arriba hay 4 dormitorios adicionales y 2 baños completos. El primer dormitorio a la izquierda tiene 2 camas individuales y un televisor con bañera jack-n-jill que conduce a otro dormitorio con una cama doble que también tiene un televisor. Los otros 2 dormitorios tienen camas tamaño queen, uno de ellos con TV y también comparten un baño tipo jack-n-jill. El ambiente excepcional de esta casa continúa en el patio trasero con el combo de la piscina de hidromasaje y una amplia cantidad de asientos en el patio para familiares y amigos.

East Beach

Beautiful home and well supplied. View of the ocean from the front yard. Enjoyed crabbing, turtle observation and fishing all right there at Gould’s Inlet. Pool was great addition! We will be back.

The house gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the village for easy access to shopping and restaurants. The beach at Gould's Inlet is a very short walk from Belle Cottage! The folks at Real Escapes Properties were very quick and kind in responding to our questions. The house was very clean. We cannot say enough good things about this vacation rental!

Perfect location with a pool

This home is so close to the beach and has a lovely pool. Wonderful options when you have an extended family group who like different things. Home was well equipped and had everything you’d need for a week at the beach.

Great location

This house is in a wonderful location….less than one block from Gould’s Inlet. You take a short boardwalk straight to beach. The sand dunes and sea oats are gorgeous. We had 12 people in our house—8 adults and 4 children under 10. The dining table was round and seats 7 max. Yes, there were counter bar stools to use—just be aware that it is hard to seat all that the house that sleep, particularly if all are adults. The kitchen had very basic pans to use if you do much cooking (we did.) The house could have been cleaner but I chalked this up to being a beach house! Be aware of what is listed as amenities and don’t assume anything else—there was no hair dryer anywhere! The pool area was nice. Overall it was a good house to rent and we would stay again.

A Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have 10 in our extended family, and the house had plenty of room for everyone. No one felt crowded at all. The pool is wonderful! Our only disappointment was the change in the beach near that house. A deep tidal pool has been created in the last few months that requires one to cross it to get to the actual beach. I don't know if that is a permanent thing or not. If the wooden bridge were extended, it would allow folks to walk across it to the beach.

Location, location, location

The location of this home cannot be beat, just four houses from Goulds Inlet and beach. The rental company is wonderful; easy check-in, very responsive to requests and a delight to work with. But the house is tired and needs a deep and thorough cleaning As a VRBO host myself, I may be pickier and more observant than others. The exterior of the house is dirty, windowsills are filthy and the doors need scrubbing. Inside the furniture is very nice and super comfortable. The kitchen however is a mess. There is no organization and it is difficult to find pots and utensils. The amazing pantry is jammed with leftover stuff from previous guests. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. This is a five star location and with a little cleaning and attention, the house could be five star as well.

Great Location, Very comfortable

So close to the water, very comfortable stay, the community was very friendly and everything was very convenient with our kids, ages 2-9. There was lots of different types of interests on the beach between the waves and the inlet sea life. FYI, the spa is not a hot tub and you need a glasses repair kit flat head screwdriver to unlock any bedroom or bathroom doors that get locked.

The hot tub wasn’t working, which was a bummer, but they were aware of the problem and waiting on a part for it to be fixed.

A great week at the beach

The house was very nice. The pool was a big hit. The house was a half block from the beach access and a half block from the bike trail. Everyone enjoyed the beach, the swimming pool, biking and paddling their kayaks.

Beautiful, spacious house, half block to BEST beach!

Our family (2 adults, 3 teens, 2 children) fit perfectly in this spacious house! Room for everyone to stretch out. The pool is great (although hot tub didn’t work) and you are a short 1/2 block walk to Gould’s Inlet, the best beach (IMHO) on the island. We rented bikes and it is very easy to get around the island on them. We liked being a bit further away from the village and public beaches (10 min drive?), but still close to restaurants. Towels and bedding were top notch, not like the threadbare stuff you see elsewhere. Really one of the better rental houses we’ve ever stayed in!
