2,800 Sq Ft Home with Outdoor Grill, Hot Tub and Deck. Large Living Spaces, Two Bedrooms (King and Queen) with a Family Room/Third Bedroom (Full Size Day Bed), Two Full Bathrooms, Laundry, Walk-Out Deck to Hot Tub and Ski Chairlift Swing (original chair from Big Sky).

Great home located between St. Peter's Hospital and the State Capitol. Quick and easy access to Helena’s Hiking & Biking Trailheads, Hauser Lake, Lake Helena, Canyon Ferry and the Missouri River. Can easily accommodate 8 guests with Pullout Couch and Full Daybed.

NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE!

This property contains stairs. This is not the place for people with problems navigating steps.

It is not childproof. I've been asked and I am not 100% sure what all that entails - but it is not "childproof".

I allow guests to check themselves in and have total privacy. Please review the house/key pad instructions I will send as a message through VRBO PRIOR to your stay. I usually leave town during stays but am available via phone for any questions.

Comfortable home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved the hot tub and kids also loved being a very short walk to a fun park. Water pressure in the shower is excellent.

We enjoyed this clean and comfortable space. The deck and hot tub were cleared of snow and ready for a relaxing soak. We loved the large kitchen and living room too! Would definitely stay here again. We also appreciate the host allowing our dog to join us.

The lay out of this house is excellent, with lots of room and privacy from street level, as it sits on a hill. The main floor has kitchen, dinning, entry and living rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious, the refrigerator is awesome. The patio off kitchen is screened in and private with table and chairs. Both bathrooms (up half flight, down half flight) are accessible to everyone. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The hot tub was most excellent, we were only 3 adults, but guess it could hold 5 easily. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe walking to the park just a block away, (adorable playground) then onto Capitol walking path, delightful. We followed the suggested window venting/house shut down procedures and the house remained cool even during upper 80/low 90 degree weather. Easy car access to couple of grocery stores and not far from Last Chance Gulch walking mall. Was a great visit, thank you Steve!

Great place to stay in Helena

All the comforts of home, this was a very comfortable place. We enjoyed being so close to downtown, with plenty of room to stretch out. There were deer in our yard every morning! We slept great, the beds are very comfortable. The only thing that was not as advertised is air conditioning, this house does not have central air, only 1 unit in the master bedroom.

The description does not reference central air (not many homes have that in Helena) but does say there’s a window unit in the master bedroom.

Great Location and Spacious House!

This home was in a great location, close to a park and downtown. The living room area was so comfortable and had great natural light and views of the mountains. There was plenty of space and it would be great for families and friend groups. The hot tub was super relaxing at the end of the day after exploring the town. If you're in the area, I highly recommend staying here!

This house worked perfectly for me, my husband, adult son and our dog. The main area is spacious and comfortable and the downstairs area was perfect for our son. The location was near a park, that was nice with our dog, and an easy drive to Hwy 12. Great place and wonderfully furnished - the owner is fantastic!

Fun and relaxing

This is a great house! Very laid back and comfortable. Loved the couch and chair in the living room. Would be awesome to snuggle into with a fire In the fireplace. Hot tub was great too!
