Property is the perfect mix of peaceful serenity and still 10 mins from town. Host was very accommodating and communicative. We absolutely loved the place. It is an amazing and relaxing property.

This property was just as advertised, my family and I were very comfortable, the beds were great, the house warm, clean and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again if we come to Flagstaff again. It was quiet, but only minutes from being in the heart of Flagstaff.

First the jacuzzi tub was broken! Fan in bedroom down stairs didn’t work .Downstairs bedrooms have no air conditioning. Bathroom shower downstairs leaks . Screens in windows and doors are tattered. We made it worked but needs attention.

we have no Jacuzzi tub. We have two normal bathtubs. nowhere on the listing does it say Jacuzzi tub. We do have air conditioning. The average temperature is 67° in the house.

Beautiful setting back in the forest. Gravel road leading out to property, but nothing rough. Big home with lots of space, great front/back decks, very nice inside with good kitchen. Primary bed was a little saggy (especially on one side - don't sleep too close to the left edge) but overall quite comfortable. Air conditioning worked just fine, though combo of many window/portable units rather than central air made it a little tricky to get dialed in. Great to have garage parking and even (just barely!) fit my full-size truck. Close access to downtown, Shultz Pass trailhead and the Snowbowl area, but still nicely off the beaten path.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the house. We had a few minor issues and the host was extremely responsive.There were several screens missing throughout the house and several others had tears in them. We wanted to have windows open and this was an issue.The bedrooms are just as described. The 2 upstairs bedrooms need new mattresses! They are worn and not comfortable. I would expect these to be excellent in this caliber of a house.The outside deck was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and having the fire pit on in the evenings. The deck furniture was very comfortable and plentiful.The kitchen coffee maker was very nice. Could use a few more utensils in the kitchen such as plastic cookware and wooden spoons. We had to clean the BBQ prior to using it. This should be checked and cleaned between rentals.The house location is excellent and in a nice wooded neighborhood.

This house is an awesome place for a group to stay at. The location is so great, trees and privacy all around. We enjoyed the place which was well stocked with almost everything you need for a great stay. I was so surprised by the amount of spices, dishware, and ambiance. Thank you for the stay.

The perfect spot for a bigger group. The only thing I would suggest is more billiards equipment. One cue is broken and the other bent. Also could use a bridge. All in all I would definitely book here again.

We stayed at the cabin for a Christmas getaway, and it was perfect for our group. The space comfortably accommodated everyone, and the kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy to cook meals together. The cabin was spotless, and we really appreciated the abundance of extra linens and towels. Overall, it was a cozy, fun, and memorable stay. We would absolutely recommend it!

This place is super clean!! Great location, perfect amount of space. Host was responsive and excellent. Garage access was very helpful in the snow. Pool table and arcade was a hit with the kids. Great kitchen with plenty of room to cook and big dining room table for family meals. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home and the location was perfect. Loved having the house amongst the trees. The kids loved playing hide and seek in the tall grass. Very close to snowbowl and many hiking trails. We would stay here again.

House well equipped. Overall a great house. The arcade games and pool table were a nice touch. Some feedback - master bedroom mattress needs replacement - sags. Sheets were not big enough to fit the bed. The bath mats outside the tub were not rubber backed.

Beautiful home in a stunning Flagstaff location! Check-in was super easy and Craig was an amazing host. The house was spotless, fully stocked, and had so many cozy spots to relax. The house was in a perfect location, not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to get where you wanted. Very close to the Flagstaff activities, close enough to the south rim Grand Canyon for a day trip and many, many trails nearby to explore. Dark skies at night to look at the stars as well as quiet and peaceful. The pool table and old school (old, old school ) video machine where also big hits!
