This beautiful, spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom premium home is a fantastic retreat for large families or groups of up to 14 people. It sits on one of the best lots in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Breckenridge with a large backyard, private hot tub, and plenty of living space. You’re just a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes, and there are excellent hiking and mountain biking trails a short walk away. With two living areas, it’s also great for multiple families.

The main living area features vaulted ceilings, large windows that flood the room with natural light, and a stunning gas fireplace. There are board games and a flat-screen TV with satellite to keep everyone entertained after a long day enjoying Breckenridge. The second living area downstairs has a wet bar, a microwave, a mini-fridge, and lots of seating.

The kitchen is a chef’s delight with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a pro-quality gas range, plenty of counter space, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up world-class meals for the troops. A large farm-style dining room table has seating for 10, and there’s room for three at the breakfast bar. Another wet bar and a wine fridge sit right off the dining area.

A large deck with a BBQ grill and seating wraps around the back of the house and overlooks the hot tub and backyard. You may even be lucky enough to see a moose or two enjoying the creek and wetland area behind the home.

Main Level:

- Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

Lower Level:
- Bedroom 4: king bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
